Unplanned overnight in Richmond due to flight delays. Nice place to stay just unfortunate timing with Swifties invading the city so hotels rooms were a minimum of $600. They did not honour government rate for a work trip.

It was just a quick overnight stay...maybe have a backup front desk after 11pm - waited a long time to check in - crazy lady ahead of me and another lady but no back up for poor front desk employee, They have security both physical and electronic for your safety. Great food in the morning and great service at restaurant

The room was clean, location was good, I felt safe traveling as a solo woman, the only negative was that the space is very clearly dated.

All the front desk staff were very cautious and efficient. We were given an upgrade to a spacious suite, in which we only found out after going into our room. There was a minor plumbing issue, but a maintenance personnel came right away and took care of it. It would’ve been nice if the lighting was a little brighter (even just at the desk). All in all, we couldn’t have been happier - we’ll be back for sure whenever we fly to Japan.

Convenient location with airport shuttle. Helpful and friendly staff. I had booked a suite for the washer/dryer but it wasn't working properly. Thankfully, we were able to switch to a different suite. The room wasn't modern, and some layouts were a bit awkward, but it has everything you would need and felt a bit like living in an older apartment. Great views.

Lovely apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only frustration was that although there are laundry facilities, there was no laundry detergent. I would’ve love to wash a load of laundry. Even if it was available for $2/pod or something. Otherwise the unit was nice.

We were traveling with a child and I had asked in advance for a pack and play for the room. Once we got there no pack and play, we had to ask a couple of times before we received one dumped outside our room. The receptionist on check in was quite rude when asking for it too. The room itself was spacious but the bathroom had a horrible smell. The beds were comfortable, but the air conditioning unit was very loud and would t switch off. The room’s appearance was dated and not in great condition. We had booked breakfast with the room but nothing mentioned on check in about we needed a voucher. The receptionist in the morning was very helpful though when I asked him about it. The restaurant staff too were great and very polite and friendly. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

This hotel was very rundown and did not meet my expectations for the brand.
The staff at the front desk was very kind and responsive to my concerns, moving me to a renovated wing. That was an improvement.

One of the worst stays in a hotel I've experienced. Which is unfortunate, I've stayed here before and enjoyed my accommodation. This time was terrible.
1. Shuttle from airport didn't arrive
2. Room reeked of cigarettes. We asked someone to spray and clean it
3. Came back after dinner and someone just emptied a bottle of freshener. It was so bad we could taste it all night. We asked for another room, equal or even lesser quality and couldn't get one (fully booked)
4. Coffee maker was busted.
The front desk staff were as polite as they could be, but the room was stinky, gross and had broken appliances.

The front desk staff were beyond helpful, accommodating and kind. I was running late for a flight and after parking I missed the complimentary shuttle, the lady at the front desk paid for me to take a cab instead just so I’d have peace of mind in arriving on time. Upon arrival, my return flight had been delayed so I explained this to another lady at the front desk and she said, “okay if you have a ticket bring it in and we will take care of it for you”.
I will definitely recommend this hotel based on my experience with the staff alone.

great place and very big! staff are very nice and easy to talk to to accomodate a 12pm checkout time. One thing to note is that the chromcast is not that smooth.

Easy check-in. Courteous staff. The only problem was I chose this hotel because they had an airport shuttle. I needed a shuttle for 0500 and was informed that the shuttle didn't start until 0600. So I had to take a cab. Everything else about the place was fine.

We were rerouted to YVR unexpectedly and needed a last minute hotel. We checked in very late at night and the room was exactly what we needed. Staff were friendly and the airport shuttle was included with a very friendly driver.

Convenient to Richmond and great for friends traveling together. But spotted 2 ants in kitchen and pull out sofa bed was creeky and uncomfortable (does a comfortable sofa bed really ever exist?) . Was ok. wouldn't stay again unless I needed 2 bedrooms.
