The view was supposed to be of the pool. It was of the roof of another unit with a peek at the pool if you leaned way over.

Only thing I didn’t like is that I had a room with a handicap accessible bathroom and the shower was extremely awkward. I couldn’t set it for standing. Unless you were sitting on the fold down seat the shower head wouldn’t hit you
But other than that always a great place to stay

Not a great experience. Room had a dirty smell/odor, door was already ajar when we arrived. Room was facing the street which is loud and noisy in the early am. There’s also a light in the balcony that stays on all night, which is disturbing. If you choose to stay here I would stay away from the front row of rooms. Breakfast was decent.

This place was just not it. The shower drains didn’t work in either room that I booked, the carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years, the pictures on the website look more promising but don’t fall for it.

Despite being an older property, I found everything very clean. Also,saw the staff early in the morning, cleaning, getting the pool area ready. Staff overall was great.
However, the shower did not drain, and when we called for repair, they said someone would be there at 11am. We weren't there but the tub was still dirty at 7pm, and yes, we had several inches of water in the tub for our morning shower. Not pleasant and left a bad feeling for us. Called the desk, and they didn't seem to know about it, but said they would take care of it that day. We checked out.

It’s in a walkable distance from a shopping area. Quiet during night. The bed and pillow were not that comfortable. The breakfast bar is okay. Overall a decent place to stay if you are in that town.

It's our first time staying at Best Western. We needed to be near Madonna Inn.
Check in was smooth and easy. Staff was friendly.
The room we were at was quiet. It was behind the building and a separate entrance from the main building.
Breakfast was ok but didnt appeal to me.
It is walking distance to shops across the street.

Friendly staff, the area here is quiet, shopping as well as dinning is walking distance. It is definitely family friendly. Usually hotels have a binder or something that shows what activities are available or places to visit around the area. I didn’t see that here. In all it was a great stay.

Very enjoyable place to stay. Comfortable, had the same room I booked before, wish my stay could be longer to enjoy the balcony overlooking the pool area. Breakfast is amazing with all the choices given and easy access.

Broken toilet in men's restroom in the lobby. Parking was not convenient to location of room. Hotel could use some upgrades to carpet. Not all the tv channels could be watched due to poor signal. Won't consider this location in the future.

This was a terrific place to serve as our home base while exploring the area. The hot tub and fire pit were welcome at the end of a long day of exploring and the breakfast got us up and going! Staff were very friendly and the room and facility are clean. Beds were comfortable and everything worked in the room. Great Stay!

The first time my partner booked a room here, in August 2021 the quality was so much better. That’s why we decided to stay here this time when we needed a pet friendly room in the area.
If you bring your dog, expect to pay for the same tier room that you book plus a pet fee but relocated (per the front desk) to an underserved wing of the hotel. The “pet area” is fenced and gated, which is a plus but other than that it’s just dirt, deep holes, and litter (plastic forks, cups, etc.)
When we checked in, we were not told anything about the property amenities, found out about breakfast after we checked out. Knowing there was on site laundry would have been helpful. Also, the pillows are terrible.

We stayed here to visit family 10 minutes down the road. It cost us for two nights $1022! This is an old dilapidated hotel. There are no fancy amenities or anything worth that cost. We needed to stay close and it was one of our only options. To find out they price gouged us to stay there… this hotel is barely worth $200 a night. That is a horrible thing to do to people. This hotel is old and outdated and we could have stayed at a beach front property for less, way less. Dont stay here for anything more than $200 a night, you will be mad and disappointed. I also had bites all over my chest after leaving here.

My wife fell in our room and Bibi was right there to get help quickly. She was very professional, calling to get Irvin, who was just arriving to work, to come. Irvin skillfully raised my wife up from the floor. We were very impressed with Bibi And Irvin’s helpful assistance.

This was a great stay. Check-in was easy and quick. The rooms were clean and came with very nice toiletries. We really liked how extensive the lock systems were on both the entrance to the room and the sliding room door into the balcony. It definitely made us feel more secure! The breakfast, though, was not the best. There were plenty of options, but the omelettes were very bland and the sausage was a little overcooked, as well as the biscuits. But with the amenities offered and the price of the room I can't complain too much! Overall a wonderful experience and I would recommend.

Wonderful hotel, great, welcoming staff. Enjoyed my stay very much. Very comfortable and spacious, wish it had not been windy to enjoy balcony---a real plus and not a regular amenity in most hotels. Excellent breakfast offered.
