Worst hotel service we have experienced.
The room keys lost programming every other day and when asked if there was anything that could be done, the staff just shrugged and said that was normal and there was nothing anybody could do about it.
The last day of our stay, we came to our hotel room late at night to find the door wide open, when asked about it, the staff said maybe the chamber maid left it open.
The restaurant wait staff were apathetic and slow. You had to line up outside the restaurant to get in, even though the restaurant was often empty. The one day we came for early breakfast, they opened 15 minutes later than opening time.

They advertised a gym but I the wasn't working. The pool was not cleaned properly. Called maintenance twice because shower cold water was not working so they only had hot water, they "fixed it" but problem continued since the of old water flow was very scared compared with the normal hot water pressure on the other side. The personnel at front desk and cafeteria was polity friendly and tried to be helpful.

First time staying at this property and we had a horrible experience. Someone had what seemed like a pool party with loud music until 4am. This is supposed to be a hotel to relax and sleep not for guests to have loud music after a certain time. My husband told the front desk and all that was said that they had an open investigations going.

this hotel is to old but that is not the problem, the problem is they have mold in the restrooms and also the furniture was broke and the walls and the carpet looks dirty, they can do better if the owner take care of the hotel, they need to invest to look better

The hotel is well known in the city. It is showing its age in some details. Probably need to let guests know that by default, no towels or ironing board/iron are in the room.

This property which was a 3 star hotel rated on expedia, was not. Bed was mattess on top a wood base. Very uncomfortable! The daily breakfast did not include orange juice, but there was an up charge of 2.35/glass of juice, whether you ate the rest of the breakfast didn’t matter. Asked for 1st floor room because of a disability ( no elevastor either) got a room right on the parking lot. So every car and person who came in to the hotel that way, passed my room.

You waking to the lobby it smells like disgusting like bad cabbage. You enter the building were the rooms are it reeks smells like a smokers bar. The first room we got the toilet did not have water I had to turn it on. I sit down in this toilet and lean to the front and almost fell down the toilet was not screwed on it had a plaster of silicon where the bolts go. I told the staff and the were very helpful (only good thing this hotel had). The gave me another room and it did not have a remote for the ac I had to go back up and get it from the other room. Oh and fyi if you stay here do not bring a lot of luggage because there is no elevator for the second floor.

Property is conveniently located really not much restaraunt service- no bar-no box prings on bed-i asked for wake cslls and never received them-towels were not changed out-place has really gone downhill in the last 10 years-i willnot stay there again-been there 4-5 times last 15 years

I've stayed there about more than 30 years ago, and wanted to see what is was like to be there again. Honestly very disappointed compared to how it was in that time. Hotel has actual been been left behind, restaurant menu really nothing, and the bar and music totally disappear. I mean the Hotel really needs a lift up.

I like the pool and breakfast. However, they rarely vacuum the room, I had to go to the front desk to activate the door key every day and the room didn’t have a refrigerator nor microwave.

Arrived they couldn’t find our reservations. Once they found our reservations and we arrived to our room, it was 2 double instead of a king. Water shower leaked all over floors when you used it. The following day our key didn’t work to open or door. Well they only gave us the room for 1 day when we were staying 4 nights. Once we got that figured out and got into another room. The Tv didn’t work. I will not stay here again
