Personally I think the spot should be condemned and renovated in full

Nothing the property was terrible there was only one man doing the house keeping. The room was disgusting floors never swept or mopped. The sheets and top layer of the bed covers were stained. Refrigerator didn’t work there was a condom on the floor. The tub was black and filthy along with the shower curtain. If the room was cleaned properly it would have been ok. They MUST do better!!!!!

Had critters in my room. I informed the front desk they just struggled their shoulders

The room I had toilet over filled each time I tried to flush toilet I called and maintenance was nice and tried fixing it but the problem still occurred but I didn’t keep calling office next time I hope the room doesn’t have any plumbing problems

The room I was first put in was 235. It was horrible and had this very bad smell plus it was dead roaches in it. Then they moved me to another room and the bed was stained and smelled bad

I had to wait on something 20 minutes when i arrived at the hotel to check me in. The lady was in the back room on her phone. Then when i checked out. I asked for a receipt the gentleman at the desk told me i was not going to get 1 from him. I just kind of looked at him. I needed it to get reimbursed from my employer. I wont stay there again.

I like that the rooms are remodeled and it's actually quiet there.

Clean sheets. Blankets not as clean. Tub had mold. Only 2 towels per room. Staff is very friendly.

When i checked in the fromt desk clerk told me i didnt have a reservation and to make one then when i showed him my confirmation number ...oh yeah here it is ...so explained i have my mother with me and she needed a room on the first she just had hip sugery ..oh well you didnt book that and we might not have thay why you shouldnt book through those sites ...but i found one and it will be 15.00 more dollars cash only...the credit on file i cant charge again so i go cash booked the room it was terrible it had a stench the towels.were filthy and someone was riding a motorcycle back and forth on the walkway the entire night my mother got no rest at all i will never.visit red roof anywhere again

It was good. There was a power outage and nothing they could do about it. However, I’ve stayed here before for a few weeks and there was never any issues. Reasonable accommodations and clean. Great staff. Management - I didn’t realize that was you waving to me at the airport until later. Sorry about that!

The room needed some work done to it, a couple of the outlets didn't work. The hotel had a lot of people hanging out outside, and that was a big concern for me.

Power was out when arrived

We turned the air on when we got in the room and the heat was on the whole time that it over ran the AC , it was so hot in the room when I woke I spent 1 hour sneezing, blowing my nose and stopped up. We did not know how to turn that heat off

Checkin was quick and efficient. The room was neat and smelled freshly cleaned. Price was amazing. The beds are comfortable, and I slept great. My only concern is the tubs are super slippery so we had to put a towel in the bottom to keep from falling.

Clean smelled great and I liked it I will be coming back

They be going in there while you aren’t there. toilet was clogged. light was broken

The room were ran down looking and had dirty towel toilet wouldn’t flush and it was backed up couldn’t use the restroom all night

The hotel was fine. But the smell was kinda bad

patrons/tenants running amok. Noisy, unkempt. Metal coil spring bed, really? dirty overall

Floor dirty…look like it hadn’t been sweep or mopped in a while, hair in bed, tv remote didn’t work, chipping paint.

Hate the whole hotel please don’t stay here!

The staff here is by far outstanding. This is a great place to stay and very reasonable on pricing. Nice clean room.

The Red Roof is most definitely not the same. I had to swap rooms. The first room was full of roaches whether on the floor, air conditioner, or bed. The second room was not cleaned out and smelled like old weed. Thankfully i had my own cleaning products but I will not be returning again.

It was clean and all the appliances worked well. The bed was comfortable.

Compared to other Red Roof Inn, it wasn't what I was expecting.

The property owners are so nice and welcoming! Extremely accommodating. I enjoyed my stay very much!

This property is old and worn down. Finally went to sleep and woke up to a big roach or something looking at me from the bathroom floor
