I took pictures and everyone I showed them to said the same thing the hotel looks so clean and it was.

There was no running water the whole night! It was absolutely horrible. We have an infant and we arrived with no prior notice to them telling us the water was out and it would be back on at 1am. We waited past 1am and no water came on for hours and hours. No one helped us with any solution. We were just told there was nothing they could do. They ended up refunding us because it was absolutely insane that there was no water for the whole property.

Was a very enjoyable experience. I can tell that the staff takes pride in customer service at this hotel. Each door had a quote from a famous person on the door. I thought that was cool. We went during Christmas holiday season so the lobby was decorated quite nicely like a Hallmark Christmas Movie. The breakfast was freshly cooked and prepared every morning. Every resturaunt and store you could possibly think of was around the hotel. Staff was very accommodating. Would come again.

We stayed because we were attending a basketball combine at PG3. It was very clean, nice breakfast, pool was warm, and close to the basketball facility. Great stay.

We arrived late evening. I was using a cane as I walked to the front desk. I asked for a ground floor room as I am currently unable to climb stairs. The gentleman at the desk did one better: he assigned us the room nearest the lobby and the breakfast room. I’m grateful for his thoughtfulness.

The stay was below average. Hotel is kept nice and the staff was nice, the hotel close to shopping area, which was nice, however, there were nuances there, like for instance:
- the breakfast menu was nice, but everything seemed stale.
- we had a dead roach in our room, which was disgusting.
- the bed sheets and pillowcases seemed very old
- sink was next to the bathroom door, so when opening it could hit the person using the sink, which was very annoying
I will not be staying here again.

We went there for the weekend to go to a 40th anniversary celebration. Unfortunately I pulled a muscle in my back prior to going in hopes of feeling better. But the day of the party I could barely walk.So we stayed at the hotel all weekend without going out except for my husband to get take put dinner. But the breakfast served at the hotel is awesome and is included with uour room. My husband loved the food and convenience. The pool and spa area were very welcoming . They have excersie room and the hotel was very clean and rooms comfortable. Also close to alot of variety of eateries. Weather walking or driving. I would highly recommend staying there. I know we will again.

This property is a little aged but the things they haven't changed like cotton bedding, towels and down pillows are very appreciated. The mattresses are still very comfy but probably need to be flipped and/or rotated for better wear. I appreciate that they do not use chemical air fresheners on the property. My floor was quite noisy until late in the night, including a dog barking (service animal?).

Needed to be up and out early for work and breakfast was counted on at 6:30am but it not ready which was disappointing. Delayed us 10-15 minutes which may be minimal to some but not when we were in a rush already. Should reconsider earlier breakfast hours for construction industry workers whom awake early hours and cannot utilize the free breakfast.

Hotel is very clean. Roomy. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Unfortunately, room was stinky. I wish I would’ve brought a candle. Not sure if it was pipes. I’ve been here a few times and it was a great experience. Also, the frig wasn’t clean. Maybe the housekeeper forgot but that happens. As we were trying to sleep in, we can hear the house keepers talking loudly to each other in the hallway as they were cleaning. I thought that was unnecessary. Especially being a hotel. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay.

It was a little noisy, there were lots of kids running up and down the halls and playing with toys in the lobby. The staff did mitigate that issue eventually. We stayed for a basketball tournament and they had a late continental breakfast, which was too late for us, so we had to get fast food. But with the little things we encountered that we disliked we would still stay here again. Just giving an honest opinion.

Overall the hotel is good. But when I arrived, they where not able to process my credit card, then the lady told me it´s ok, the next morning she was going to see what happened.
The next morning I did the normal check out and nobody explained what happened.
When I got my credit card bill, I saw two charges from the Hotel. Today is sunday. Tomorrow I will call to try to fix this.
