The room was very nice and clean and the bed was amazing nice and comfortable clean towels the TV worked it smelled very clean

But it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable just needs more pillows

I was super late checking out but they were very understanding.

My room and a friend's room had cockroaches. Lots of them.

Nothing against the staff or property. The other tenants were noisy and didn’t care who they woke up.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room had an AC unit, fridge, and microwave.

Initially the room didn’t have any towels for a shower. I wish they provided at least two pillows per guest.

We were there for a festival in San Bernardino and for this we paid 405$ for two nights (2 people). Blanket with 3 holes but fortunately they gave us a new one. Very small towels for shower

We liked the price and the rooms are bigger, water gets hot quickly

The issue with Internet reception and the presence of creepy crawlies(Roaches) in a few rooms in the back.
