Due to a medical procedure, I needed a hotel room close to the medical facility. Finding Hampton Inn on Hotels.com with a great rating, st a great price, I selected it. My wife and I were pleased with every aspect of our stay. The front desk receptionist, the room, the breakfast - all of it was outstanding! Thank you!

Great rooms, beds are hard and lumpy. We call front desk and spoke with a man asking for extra pillows. He said he didn't think they had any but would check. We never heard anything more. I guess the hotel runs out??? Or maybe he just didn't bother.

We stayed here one night to visit family in the area and it was great for the price. Simple free breakfast served from 6-10. Our daughter liked the waffles! The coffee was great! Lots of places nearby, gas and eats.

Very nice stay with Hampton, 2 nights stay , the staff was friendly , easy going, accommodating, managerial staff above and beyond, made our stay welcoming! From beginning to end even from the 1st phone call reaching out to there site to inquire on requirements of swimming pool they were so gracious

The staff especially the general manager was very helpful. Being on the first floor closest to the lobby was a bit noisy. They should close the main door between the hallway lobby between 10pm - 8am.

We were staying for a nearby soccer tournament with our family for 5 days. This hotel was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was amazing and slightly different each day. Rosaline was down there and made sure everything was clean and restocked, while also being very friendly! We were also very happy with the level of cleanliness of our rooms- we had Adriana and Diana during our stay and we were truly grateful for them. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and warm. We did notice a slight issue outside of the pool and the maintenance guy was very quick to fix it up for us while also being very thorough, though I didn't catch his name unfortunately. He also helped us on the 3rd floor getting us extra towels as we passed by. We have had some hotel experiences where the staff was unkind or annoyed, but here, everyone seemed to go above and beyond for great service. I highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again if we have the chance!

The staff was great! I had a mishap with my outfit and they were able to provide me with a sewing kit that was super helpful. The only issue I had was with the shower head in thr bathroom; it sprayed water everywhere and really needs to be replaced. Otherwise, my stay here was excellent!

The bed was very comfortable, not very many TV channels but enough, clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was okay, could have been better. Great location, close to good restaurants and freeway access. Would likely use them again.

The night manager helped solve a problem with humor and grace! Recognized an exhausted traveler and stepped in.

3rd time staying here for a hockey tournament. The pool and hot tub are great (fix the gate), gym is nice, the breakfast has good options, including gluten free bagels. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Parking is easy. We always enjoy our stay.

This hotel leaves something to be desired. The hallways smelled of smoke, the hallway carpets appeared old and stained. The Water dispenser was empty in workout room and there were no towels. The breakfast lacked non dairy milk, green or herbal tea. Also lacking was plain unsweetened oatmeal and variety of fruit. There was a bowl of apples, Quaker instant oatmeal packets, bread, begal, egg, sausage, donut, pancake, juice and coffee. (styrofoam cups 😳)The positives: the room was quiet, and air conditioned. Bedding was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Staff were friendly. Overall sufficiently clean and comfortable but price too high for what is offered. We were here for a soccer tournament which may have increased the price.

My friends and I went up for her son’s graduation at UC Riverside, we had separate rooms. My bathroom had like a dirty laundry smell when I turned on the shower. Also the fire alarm came on a little before 8am and startled everyone. Apparently something set off in the kitchen is what I heard. There was no evacuation needed but there were a lot of upset customers. Also the coffee machine was in the restroom next to the toilet, so weird and no microwave. Other than that I love the complimentary breakfast. Next time I willl make sure to look at the pictures of the rooms.

I liked the convenience of the area. Many food options. Having an electric vehicle, I wish the property had chargers but we did find ONE a few miles away. The room was clean and the easy check in/out with the app was great. We were there for my son's soccer tournament so the breakfast in the morning was a nice feature given our busy schedule.

Staff were very professional. Breakfast is The Real Deal😜.. Very Peaceful and Quiet. I was able to sit in the lobby and work in a comfortable atmosphere, I actually shared conversation with someone Else who happened to be sitting on the opposite also working. Great Place- #Gracias to Gracia & Junior, Xavier and Erica. You are Super Stars for Customer Service.

Had a great experience. Rooms were nice. Customer service was great. It was nice to see they served breakfast when a lot of other hotels have stopped since the pandemic. It was really good. Plan on staying there a lot more
