Was not happy with room and the area

Do. Not. Stay. At. This. Hotel. Dirty, run down, and in an unsafe location. The front desk person was extremely rude. There was a homeless encampment beside the parking lot. No restaurants nearby. They shouldn’t claim that they serve a continental breakfast, food was limited to toast, stale muffins, yogurt and cereal. No hot food. We were given a tiny room with a double bed, which was a mattress on a metal stand. There was also a surprise $150 damage deposit. The back security door’s lock was taped down, allowing anyone to enter. Stay far, far away.

As soon as I got to the property I knew I had made a mistake. I didn’t get there until 2am so I didn’t have the brain power to find something else. I had just drove 12 hours and was exhausted. This place was so dirty just starting with the lobby. Going to the elevator I didn’t feel safe riding it. Felt like it could break down at any minute. Got up to our floor and everything we saw was just so gross and dirty. Got in my room…the bedspread looked as if someone had recently used it for “activities”. The sheets were stained. The bathroom looked like mold on the walls and everything was just dirty. I went to sit in the chair that was in the room later on and moved the footrest…there were pills under it. I absolutely would never recommend this place and who ever is in charge of hotels and keeping them open or not really needs to be sent here!!! DONT BOOK HERE!

Pool closed at 10. I wish it was until 11. No fitness room…breakfast ran out of waffle mix

This property should be condemned!! Absolutely horrible conditions and extremely dirty. Should tell you alot that when you get there the first thing you do is look for bud bugs!! Shower full of mold! Staff was very rude! Shall i continue....

Very dirty and unclean. Dust bunnies on the ceiling, unswept floors, black stuff on bottom of the rub, stains on the blankets, unclean counters. The breakfast was also disgusting and inedible.

Below average food, not sure to use fried eggs as a flying saucer, no meat options. Room needs new outlets, plugs wouldn’t stay in.

When we checked in to our hotel room, the room door was not closed all the way and was not secure. When we walked in the room it smelled like Mildew and it looked like someone brushed their teeth and left dental floss on the bathroom counter. The bathroom sink would not drain and when you flushed the toilet, it acted like it was clogged every time. Bathroom door would also not shut securely to take a shower. Mold in several spots in the bathroom. Tub and sink were dirty. Sheets looked like they were not washed. We woke up to a lake of water in the morning from the ceiling leaking. And the lights would flicker like we were going to loose power. The thermostat also did not work properly, it was either very stuffy mildewy or very cold. And the pool and hottub looked like it was growing moss! To be honest the list just goes on with the cleanliness and condition of this hotel, I believe OSHA needs to inspect this hotel for health and safety reasons. All though the staff was friendly, it doesn’t make up for the cleanliness and condition of hotel.

The check in and out process was good and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable with everything in working order. The breakfast was not well done. The guy working at the front desk was also making coffee, filling the juice and food containers. There was not a good supply of anything. The coffee was mostly empty. There was little to no hot food.

Nice room nice pool was charged twice hir deposit and still waiting for my return of deposit was promised it would happen within a couple of days

Right when we walked into the room the walls were filthy. Not just one or two most of them. The shower floor in the corners dirty. We checked the bed for bed bugs, none of those thank god. But i could see something under the sheet on the mattress protector. I pulled off the sheet and flow blood spots all of quarter of the bed. We went back to the front desk immediately and waited while he helped 2 people check in, no problem. I showed him the picture of the blood on the bed and he says "oh im sorry that happened" goes to get us a new protector so we walk to the room and catches up to say here maam. And expects us to put it on. Not much to offer on breakfast either. Also the hot tub was broken luke warm and dirty.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel. Upon check in we found our room was disgusting and sheets were not cleaned. There was hair, some sort of sand like substance, and bugs. We went to the front desk and they had zero other rooms available. They said they did not have staff to clean the room either so we chose to leave. They have since kept our payment because we booked through Expedia and there was a zero cancellation policy. The worst part is, we didn't want to cancel... we showed up... but the room was not one I could have stayed the night in. Follow up with the hotel has been terrible... they still refuse to refund any of our stay and they have an entirely different narrative about what happened. I feel like I am living in the twilight zone with them. In my entire life I have never had to walk out of a hotel but there was no way in heck I was staying in a room as filthy as this. I really hope Expedia helps fight the hotel to help me get my money back. We didn't want to leave but the hotel refused to help clean the room and couldn't offer an alternative.

The ceiling in my bathroom leaked when upstairs showered, and I was brushed off when I complained about it because “it’s 1030 at night.” Basically he said “not my problem.” The bed was comfy, everything was decently clean as I’d expect but that was a massive thing to just be brushed off about. I didn’t have the mental energy to try to argue for a refund with them, and since I booked 3rd party I doubt I’d get one anyhow from the hotel. Room 117 is where the leak happened. It was like a rainstorm in my bathroom when they showered.

The flowery disinfectant smell of the lobby is overpowering. I wonder what other smell they are trying to cover up. Room felt big and empty. Hairs all over the bathroom were not mine.

I liked the cost and continental breakfast; affordable. Clean room. Based on what I observed, the surrounding area made me feel unsafe. Girl at front desk wasn't very pleasant or welcoming.

Black mold in the bathroom, dirty hallways and property, loud banging from above that shook the room. Only gave new linens once. Did not clean room.

You get what you pay for.

There’s were always people lingering outside the building. Turning onto 6th was a bit inconvenient with the u-turns. The deadbolt on our room door did not line up so you couldn’t lock it. Big problem for safety.

I was traveling as a single female and when I pulled into the parking lot the conditions of the area, and the hotel, were terrible. The outside was run down and weedy, there was a window removed from a lower room and people were passing things back & forth through the missing window. The feeling of being unsafe was overwhelming so I left and did not even go inside. Expedia should remove this hotel from their system.
