Excellent place to stay

I think the bedsheets were not clean as there were ants and my partner and i woke up to insect bites. I will not be staying in that hotel for my next trip to Milan.

We loved the property. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The location was excellent. The rooftop bar and restaurant were a fun vantage point to see the city. The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious.

Love the place and the environment.

The hotel location is great! The room was in excellent condition and the breakfast was really nice. The only downside was the checking in or asking questions. The line up was long, there was clearly not enough staff for that time if day and it took too much time. I would tecommend the hotel.

This hotel is walking distance to Duomo and restaurants around the Duomo/Galleria.

It was amazing

The Continental European breakfast was outstanding great variety first class service. The room was clean and updated. The staff at the front desk was helpful Very close to all shopping in the Duomo Metro Metro stop in front of the hotel made it easy to get there from the airport

Very good location near the the Duomo and metro. Friendly staff and able to store my luggage before checking in and after checking out.

This hotel was amazing! Absolutely beautiful and clean. We had a balcony with a beautiful view and the bathroom was to die for! The Rooftop dinner was amazing and the breakfast was convenient and very good! I will stay here again!

Perfect location

One of the best hotels I ever stay in the last 30 years, and I had been in greats hotels in France, Germany, Deenmark, Indonesian, United States, Bahamas. I enjoy it.

The staff was really nice and helped us get acclimated to a new city. The hotel was gorgeous and the breakfast was outstanding. My husband and son said that the rooftop bar was wonderful as well. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is good location, close to train station and walking distance to duomo. Tram rail at the front of hotel, so it’s noisy at nighttime even my room is on high level. Staff aren’t welcome and friendly.

A great location close enough to the Duomo and a couple of the Metro lines. The room we had seemed recontly renovated and was very spacious and comfortable.

Extremely noise from music from the rooftop patio until 01:00. Called reception twice. Rooms are not soundproofed. Will not stay in this hotel again. Great location though.

The hotel was overpriced for what it offered. The room was tiny, not very clean, and not at all comfortable. We were given the accessible room, which we didn't need or want. I have stayed in better places in the same location by the Duomo at a fraction of the price. The only reason why we didn't complain is that we were on a tight schedule for an event and had to get ready quickly.

The location of this hotel was perfect. It’s right by the train and walkable to the sites. Unfortunately, our room was on the eighth floor, which was apparently too close to the 20th floor rooftop bar. The music was very loud in our room at night until 2 AM. The shower has a half wall which leads to water getting all over the floor. The drain was not able to keep up with the water and it would constantly overflow onto the bathroom floor. We had to reach out to maintenance to have them address the issue. They quickly tried to address the issue, but we still had water issues. Ideally, the shower would be closed off with a door or be replaced with a bathtub combination. The room was very spacious. The linens weren’t the best quality, but we were comfortable enough. Best breakfast setup we encountered.

We enjoyed our stay. We had the suite for 4 people and all had enough room. We liked that the breakfast had gluten free options for our allergic child. The location is very central, a short walk to the historic centers, shopping and more. We did however not know that the top floor is exposed to the music from the roof top bar. We could hear music thumps until 1 am. The hotel should warm guests about this. We were able to fall asleep as we were very tired but light sleepers could be annoyed by this

Although the property was clean and in a safe and central area close to attractions and restaurants, the staff lacks customer service. We requested airport arrival & departure transfers and never received a response. After 2 days, I called the hotel to find out if we could confirm the transfer and got hung up on three times. We were also told that they do not respond to inquiries over the weekend. What??? Our room was at a noisy intersection where trolley cars passed throughout the day and night which did not allow for a good night sleep. There was also something wrong with the air conditioning and were promised a technician would be sent up, which didn't happen. The rooftop bar lacked service and lead us to an area where there were no chairs- very disappointing and just a bad experience overall at this hotel especially after the exceptional service we received throughout Sicily.

Really nice hotel close to the city. The service is great and also the breakfast. I'm sorry i did not get a room with a view.

Very central location. Quick & seamless check-in. Fantastic family room , great sized beds & bathroom. Nice breakfast. Trendy rooftop bar but staff very inattentive (although we found this is many Italian venues) - drinks quite pricy but with central location & rooftop bar it was to be expected.
