Hotel was in a perfect location. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The breakfast was great with lots of options. My only concern was there were no tags for food identifying what type of cooked food was being served. I do not eat certain meats was not able to try any of the prepared breakfast meals. I would definitely stay again.

Bathtub facet doesn’t completely turn off… wasting water. Sink was slow to drain.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a solo work trip, and while my overall stay was good, my check-in experience was less than ideal. I arrived late, around 11 PM, after a long day and a five-hour drive. The receptionist was very polite and gave me a key to my room on the third floor. However, when I got to the room, the key didn’t work. I went back downstairs, and she kindly gave me two more keys, but neither worked. At this point, I was getting frustrated as I was tired and had to make multiple trips back and forth between the first and third floors. The receptionist then came up with me, using a master key. Unfortunately, when we entered the room, it was already occupied by a couple sleeping. It was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable, especially given the late hour (around 11:30 PM). The receptionist was apologetic and clearly embarrassed, and I felt bad for the couple, too. After waiting another 15 minutes, I was finally given a room on the first floor. While I appreciated her efforts, the whole ordeal took about 45 minutes, which was frustrating considering how exhausted I was. Mistakes happen, but situations like this, especially late at night, are really inconvenient. Despite the hiccup, the staff’s politeness and eventual resolution of the issue were positives. However, I hope the hotel improves its system to prevent this kind of mix-up in the future.

Elevator did not work

The window did not close properly therefore, the freeway and street noise from the vehicles was very loud at night. Other than that, the room was clean and everything else was fine.

First room appeared dirty so they moved us next door no problem. The front desk Kendal was excellent. Would recommend this Hampton to all my friends and associates.

Not so great, for that price there are better rooms

Extremely busy especially at breakfast however service was great. Parking was packed so we were told to park on the fire lane.

Nice. The back of the property by the pool had some questionable looking people hanging out.

We had a really late check in, but there was no problems with it! The night shift gentleman on the front desk was very helpful and informative. We had also forgot something in our room after we checked out and the morning getleman on shift was very understanding and let us right back in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The only strange thing was they have a very small parking lot considering the size of their hotel and with our late check in the lot was full. But the night shift gentelman very nice with directions for alternative parking.

The room itself was excellent. We also appreciated the breakfast. The one thing that caused us problems was the air conditioner. It seem to blow out very cold air right to the bed, but when it cycled off, it was too hot.

We often stay here when we come to Los Angeles on our way to Disneyland or to visit friends and family in Los Angeles This hotel is pet friendly and has a great breakfast to enjoy before you get back on the road again

Everything was great, breakfast was good. Used the gym and washed clothes. Staff was very pleasant.

It was a quick stay for my family. Room was nice the only complaint is that the beds were uncomfortable. Good breakfast and nice staff

Nice and clean

Very disappointed. Room not well maintained with missing lights, loose electric outlets and leaky faucets. Breakfast was very disappointing with so called omelet in pile of water, old bagels and had rotten bananas. Charging $25 for check ins before 4PM. Unpleasant experience.

While I was gone, housekeeping, decided to come into my room go through my things move my stuff around. I’m missing my black slacks the pink shirt to gift bags. My stuff was gone through without my permission everywhere. I sat in that place it was covered with ants if I was by the pool, I had ants all over me if I was at the smoking table, I had ants all over me, you don’t have parking permits so my car was blocked in. I was unable to go join my friends for dinner your hotel staff Couldn’t help me to get the car out of the way. Your hotel staff turns your dining area into their own personal space at night. Breakfast was terrible absolutely terrible. The potatoes were cold. The meat was overcooked and what’s with those weird waffle flavors malt who wants malt in their waffle I won’t ever stay at that place again and I won’t recommend it.

We arrived to check-in late night. The hotel was open but no one was at the desk to check us in. We waited 45 min and finally the desk attendant showed up. I called hotels.com to see if we could get another hotel, since it was a quick stop over for a business trip and we were exhausted. The hotel was left unsecured and completely open, which was shocking from a business perspective.

Purchased this hotel for my Son and his wife. They were taking a trip to Magic Mountain. They said they were happy with their stay. It was close and good value. Clean and their stay was good.

When we checked in there was no toilet paper and room was not clean. Called front desk and asked for toilet paper and he said there was no one at the hotel only him!

The location, staff, cleanliness and the room was very clean and quiet.

Was clean. Spacious. Very good breakfast. Lot of free parking spaces. There were lot of dining options in and around. Staffs were really nice.
