Just an average, ok stay. In town for a wedding. Extremely disappointed that the heater was out on the hot tub and I was not given prior notification. That is the one feature I search for when selecting my hotel. Very disappointed.

It was sweeter day. My wife took me to the hotel just for some alone time the room smelt like someone had just finished smoking a cigar, but we look past that. The shower has black mold around the base of the shower. The showerhead had a very ignoring leak that was tapping on the drain plate all night. The air conditioning/heater sound like the fan was rubbing up against something inside the unit so the air came on the noise started the only time the noise is when we turn the air off. there was no notice that the hot tub was not working until we got up the next morning to go to the hot tub and there’s a sign on the door saying that the burner was out of order. I feel like that could’ve been better or gave us an option if the sign was on the front desk when we first checked in.

Large modern rooms, good lighting and clean. Comfortable temp controls. Good breakfast of eggs, meats and that awesome waffle maker. Carpet was probably not one I would go shoeless on but that is just me in every hotel.

The room (205), was nice and spacious, but no shade from the sun which made it hard to fall asleep. Also, the hot tub was not working ; though the water was hot, the jets were out of service. Not a bad stay, but some disappointments . Staff was friendly and excellent and breakfast was good.

Nice area. Conveniently located. Stayed here after a golf outing nearby.
Unfortunately my room was not cleaned properly (food on floor near the bedding area, the bathroom had a dirty wash cloth hanging over shower head , as well as something sticky all over the floor). We were also booked next to a room with a dog which barked all night. Not sure why there was a dog in a room, but at the very least, precautions should have been taken to other guests stay into consideration (it appeared that there were others booked next to and across from this room as well). There were only HAND towels stocked in the pool area (which would be expected on a weekend, but my stay was in the middle of the week). Breakfast is $10 if you want it. Other than that, there is NO complementary coffee or tea (in the morning) offered in the lobby.

The property was very clean and up to date. All staff were polite and professional. The pool was so clean and my kids were able to enjoy it all to themselves. My only issue was the $10 for a basic continental breakfast buffet that didn’t have many options. The eggs were really watery and not appeasing to the eyes. Other than that stay was great!

There was pubic hair in our towels, in the bed and rust in the shower, and I only chose this location because of the shuttle …. And that didn’t work either. Not a good walk area as the mall was barely occupied with stores.

It was a good stay, but I had issues with the door. My room key stopped working because the door battery died. They forgot we were in the room and tried fixing the dead battery the next morning while we were sleeping at 9:30 am. Besides that the stay was pleasant.

My Wife Laurie and I recently stayed at this property. My wife has mobility issues and we requested a walk in shower. We were disappointed with the single hand held shower head and with the wrong shower curtain, water leaked all over the floor creating an unsafe situation. One of the 2 room darkening power shades didn't work and the first night the room was flooded with light from adjoining parking lot lights. Hotel management was made aware of the blinds, and attempted to repairs them, without success. Both nights adjoining room guests were loud and partying until 3:30am. When we called the front desk to complain about the noise, the night desk clerk said there were many groups renting other rooms and that there was nothing they could do. Consequently, my wife and I did not have a restful stay at this property, and will not return in the future. When we checked out, the front desk clerk suggested we contact Expedia as that was who we booked the room with originally. We look forward to hearing from Expedia.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom would not shut off and would make a very load sound peridocally as if the blades of the fan were hitting something. I asked for help from the help desk and received nothing.
