Very nice room.
The whole environment is just perfect. Easily to walk to most famous area and shopping area.
The breakfast is awesome.
Also their service is good too.

Excellent staff, great location. We made the mistake of driving in in a rental car on a Saturday afternoon during a holiday weekend, streets are very narrow and were packed with people. Be warned! Staff at the hotel were very helpful in dealing with the car and the parking fees were very fair and reasonable. Many thanks

The room was on the cold side with no temp control and the towel warmer was out of commission. I was on 6th floor (below roof top kitchen) and it was slightly noisy. Staff, concierge services and breakfast buffet were excellent as was the location. I will likely stay here again.

A truly wonderful boutique hotel in the historic city centre. Located in easy walking distance to all of the main sites, including Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Galley, Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore to name a few.
The room itself was wonderful. My room looked exactly like those in the photos. Very comfortable and cool in the summer heat.
The staff were exceptional. And the upstairs bar provided some wonderful cocktails with great views of the cityscape.

Loved the Gallery Hotel Art. They were very friendly and did not disappoint. I loved my room and will definitely come back. The location is perfect!!! Was sorry to leave.

This hotel was amazing, so glad I stayed here. Location was so good to everything in Florence. The room was so big and spacious and had a desk and chair and really good wifi so I could work remotely from the room. The bathroom was really large again, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The rooftop bar was great as well.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location for major attractions. Staff were brilliant- very helpful, giving advice on things to do and options for places to eat. Very professional and customer focussed. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again

Staff was very helpful in accommodating reservations and recommendations. Location is perfect and just off the ponte Vecchio. Rooms are small even upgraded, beds/pillows all reasonably comfortable.

The Concierge at check-in was brilliant, trying to get us all sorted whilst also managing some very demanding American guests! He also gave some great suggestions as to different places for us to try over the bridge which were slightly off the beaten track (as we have been to Florence before).
Lucky enough to receive an upgrade on the room as well which was fantastic and whilst there are some refurbishment works going on on the upper levels, we weren't impacted by them at all.
Normally stay at the Continentale across the road but that was fully booked and more than happy with the Art Hotel opposite as an Alternative. Also had lunch at the Caffe Dell'Oro and the food there was beautiful with great service.

From the friendly staff that greeted us at check in, to them facilitating an early check in to their continued hospitality throughout, I have to say that the staff made this trip to Florence really enjoyable. The location right next to Port Vecchio is hard to beat. The room we had was clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was awesome. Great experience overall.

We had a fabulous, large room with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I was only there for one night, wish it was more. The hotel is walking distance to all kinds of shops and restaurants. The employees were simply wonderful and helpful.

It has a good location but it is very small , expensive for the location i guess nothing special about this Ferragamo hotel. The service was good . I didnt have a view to ponte veccio.

We stayed in this Hotel for our Honeymoon twenty one years ago. Now we went our three kids (20, 17 and 11). We had a wonderful stay. The location is superb. However if you plan to arrive by car, call ahead because it's super tricky and most Italian cities have controlled access to the city centers by motorcar....

Hotel in excellent location. Staff superb and warm caring about every aspect of your stay. The biggest weakness is that the rooms are relatively small with no views. ( our de luxe room opened onto up into an alleyway). A medieval experience of staring at the wall across the alley. But I rate this hotel highly. The ambience is terrific.

The hotel employees were very friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel was very clean, and comfortable.
Breakfast was very fresh and delicious. The hotel is located next to the Ponte Vecchio. We could walk to all main attractions.
We had great stay there with my husband.

It is a nice hotel but it is a bit noisy even it is in the inner part of the main road. And, the elevator is under construction during 8am to 5pm, which makes it hard to sleep in.

Fantastic experience! The hotel location can’t be beat. It’s steps away from the Ponte Vecchio, very close to the Uffizi. The staff helped us with great restaurant recommendations. Florence is a favorite destination. We were returning to celebrate our 20th anniversary ❤️ Thanks to the hotel staff for creating such a lovely place for visitors to enjoy Florence.

Following a quick and easy check-in, we found a comfortable and luxurious room. The hotel’s design is gorgeous, breakfast in the library provides a calming and deliciously varied start to the day. There is a great bar and restaurant with terrific service. I can’t wait for the opportunity to return!
