The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the rooms were so damp that the bedskirts were peppered with mold. The front desk staff even moved us to another room which was really nice of them, but the second one was even mustier and also moldy.
We did not end up staying as my friends asthma was in full effect from the mold. The hotel gave us a full refund and were so gracious. They were super nice, but we left and found a different place to stay at 11 PM.

I've stayed here several times great staff location Hammock Park Publix Sunset Grille being on 3rd floor no elevator on Friday morning check out only gave us an extra hour to load car when the hotel was empty due to Hurricane Betty 😔

My stay from check-in (the front desk guy was very friendly)to check-out, my stay was excellent. The housekeeper on my floor was excellent, she cleaned my room daily as well as making sure I had clean linen and towels,the bed was made daily

Generally good, but if you planned to relax by the pool its disappointing. The deck around the pool is very small. Only about 5 0r 6 reg chairs.

It is a basic hotel, no frills. WiFi is soso. What made the stay awesome was the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple but hot and plentiful. Eric in the front desk was always smiling and welcoming. Beach is less than mile away. There are many restaurants and shops in area. Pool is small but clean

My partner and I had a great stay here. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Right across the street to the beach walkway. Super convenient! Quieter side of the strip. Close to publix, shopping plaza, and restaurants.

Booked a 6 night stay. Checked in at 11:00 p.m., decided to leave at 9:00 a.m. the next morning. Room smelled upon entering, dark and creepy, not very welcoming, tile was falling off the wall in the shower and the "breakfast" was very disappointing.

Good value for the St Augustine Beach area. I stayed there because the rented condo for family gathering was too crowded. This was a nearby clean affordable option for a place to sleep.

Just to be clear I am familiar with the area and knew this was going to be a cheap low budget place. Any criticism is more a warning or a what you can expect. Room was clean, quiet and apparently fairly well sound proofed. Technically it is non-smoking however the guest just walkout to the walkways just outside the rooms to do their smoking. So for the most part there is the constant smell of tobacco and Marijuana. My bathroom reeked of it the entire time. The water jumped from scalding hot to absolute cold at a moments notice. The WiFi only worked intermittently and I barely got cellphone or personal internet signal in the room. The fridge and microwave worked well. They only clean the room once every 3 days but only give you about 4 small cups of coffee. There is a constant mildrew/mold smell but nothing obvious to see. Staff was all nice and courteous.

The staff was incredible very accommodating and helpful as I have a hqndicap spouse and they were so helpful and friendly. I also asked for a late check out and was not aware that you could get up to 2 hours if you were a choice member and she advised me of that as well. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back.

Needed a hotel for just one night. Near the beach with a walkway to the beach. Starbucks and Publix is a 10min walk away

Unit was somewhat updated, like floors and bathroom counter. However, i can tell updates were done just so it may apperar as such, but, owners must invest a bit more than what they did. If they want to attract repeat business, location is ideal, but building and amenities are still years back!

The hotel was in okay condition. The bathroom countertops were a bad show of resin and the room smelled like mildew upon walking in. Besides that breakfast was good, everyone was friendly, the stay was good.
