Breakfast was disappointing

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was disappointing this time. We’ve stayed here for 4 years in a row and this time there wasn’t much of a selection

Great shower, firm bed, nice sheets, large room. TV wouldn’t work. Took two people and three visits to our room to at least make the TV work, but you had to stand with the remote near the back of the TV to change channels. We still physically had to turn off the TV, the remote wouldn’t. Breakfast consisted of bread for toast, plain, uncut bagels, yogurt, juice, coffee, cream cheese after I asked for it. NO NAPKINS, I asked. Won’t stay there again. Evening staff were quite pleasant. Morning staff not so much.

The TV did not work nor did the light over the sink. Toilet paper holder was missing. GFI kept tripping. The carpet was dirty. Only good thing was the service guys came within 30 minutes to fix TV and Light. Unfortunately the TV did not stay fixed.

Easy access to anyone, no security. The breakfast was terrible very slow on restocking on the empty cooler. Maintenance poor on fixing or replacing tv (Which didn't work for 5 days).

There wasn't an elevator. The breakfast was extremely limited. The staff was not knowledgeable about their policies. The room was okay. The bathroom was very small.

Our room was terribly dirty and smelled terrible. Our toilet leaked and our bed felt damp! We will not stay here again.

Found the place to be unclean, pool area especially dirty, 0 towels. Below par breakfast, toast and cereal. Hot tub out of order, no notification of any kind. On a vacation these are things we look for. Not terribly fussy. Hotel needs some serious upgrade

I liked the room, you get what you pay for, o complaints from me

All I can say is you get what you pay for. We chose this hotel because of the price & it had two bedrooms & a hide a bed. The two rooms were spacious & clean. Everything was neat & tidy in the entire suite but… the carpet was tattered & stained. Furniture is old, stained & needs to be replaced. The air conditioner had a mildew smell so we couldn’t use it much because of allergies. The sink in the kitchenette area was completely black on the bottom. The cabinet the fridge sat in was disgustingly dirty. We stayed 5 nights & housekeeping didn’t offer clean towels. I had to ask for it. The free breakfast had limited choices. I could say more but I won’t. I wish we would have listened to the reviews & stayed elsewhere.

Charged me twice evidently it will be fixed 3 days and waiting. Television was not set up. We had to download channels. Blow dryer did not work. Had tonclimb under the table to plug in coffee maker. Site says Breakfast when we checked in they said unfortunately it was a very light breakfast. Manager was sick so we were unable to talk to.

The room was filthy and old. It was noisy, banging on the walls, so loud we thought someone was being injured. The hot tub was down but we probably wouldn't have used it anyway because everything was dirty.

Very disappointed in first being placed in a room that smelled strongly of smoke and had an outside window falling off. We had waffles the first few days of our stay and then the waffle irons were gone. When I asked about the waffles the front desk said the manager didn't want them anymore. Some mornings there were only 4-5 yogurt containers in the frig, the bread was dry, terrible coffee, diluted orange juice. I watched the person taking care of the continental breakfast and it was unbelievable! He would take a yogurt when there were just a few left and sit and eat it in front of the guests, he would stand up and pull up his pants, run his fingers through his hair, lay the table wiping rag across his bare leg when sitting down and then bring out more bread or other food items and touch them with his bare hands with no gloves on! It was disgusting! Also have you ever pictured a man using those small bars of soap to wash, they are almost useless. No elevators is a huge issue for people in their 70's carrying their luggage.

Everything was OK for just staying for the night. But overall nothing very exceptional or welcoming.

So service right from the start was terrible, clerk was in a side office and took for ever to show her face. Which was peeking around the corner and asking what do you want. While going out to my vehicle to get something I almost got ran over by an employees on a scooter doing about 20 MPH down the hallway. He than stopped and went into the employee laundry room. Also the battery in the safe was bad but they made an excuse that all the safes had issues and couldn’t be fixed.

We stayed for 6 nights and were unable to check in late. I was billed for 6 nights, even though we stayed there for 5 nights. My room was never cleaned once during the stay. Even found bugs on my towel. Very terrible experience!!

Filthy! Toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Walls were dirty. Hair dryer and light switches had makeup on them. Hadn’t been dusted! Will never stay or recommend again!

Good property and good staff.

Two of the rooms were ok but one smelled very moldy. We told manager about it and all he did was take an Axe spray to remedy it. Overall stay wasnt bad.

location to traffice and other motels/hotels

The room was fine, decent bed, small tv, fairly noisy AC, but a reasonable price.

It was adequate. Breakfast was not that wonderful. We decided to get McDonald's breakfast the second day. No coffee for the coffee maker, one tiny bar of soup for the shower and the sink, tv didn't work so we had to ask for help with it.

This hotel is pretty scetchy.... it did its purpose, but you get what you pay for.

I'll be back, next year.
