It’s worth the stay for the 24 hour self serve Lavazza coffee machine. Helped myself to lattes, mocha, americano all day. Also, the pool was heated.

Everyone that worked there was kind. I enjoyed my stay. They have water and coffee for guests never ever change that I loved that! Everyone keeps the place clean and it was a nice stay! Hardwood floors are a God send

Stay was good except we didn't know that there was an extra $15 daily charge for each of our teenage grandsons for breakfast

We had some issues finding the place (our fault, not theirs) but once we got there we had a wonderful time. Nice, clean room, nice, helpful staff when we had an issue with our room. I didn't 100% love the breakfast but at least we didn't have to go out to find food. If we have to come back, we'll definitely stay here again...

The staff was excellent, the room was spacious and clean. The location is super close to Vanguard University and access to the highway. Dining options- walkable to Starbucks and Dick Church’s restaurant

Good stay at a busy Costa Mesa. Steff were fantastic but hotel is a bit tired. Bed not super comfortable.
Would I stay again? As a loyal customer for over 10 years, it is a shame the Hotels.com have devalued their rewards program by 80%. So probably not.

I was double booked at the hotel and immediately caught the 2 bookings. I called for a refund of one of the 2 bookings and they refused. It’s the last time I will ever stay here. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

I liked the hotel overall. The room were renovated, but there was one area in room that was annoying. When the A/C goes off the room goes deadly silent and woke me up every time. There should be a fan only button. Secondly, the breakfast was not up to par compared to other hotels like the Hampton Inn. Overall the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the underground parking.

We booked this property at the last minute as we were coming from Sea World and wanted to stay somewhere on the way home so it would not be so far of a drive. We arrived at 11:30pm and check in was super easy and they informed me of everything the property had to offer including their wonderful breakfast. Many options and the staff helping was incredible. We were impressed and would love to return again if we were in the area again. Thanks so much for making us feel at home even for a night.

I was really impressed. Room was great, really spacious. The grounds were well kept. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a plus. I loved the free parking as well. Would stay again.

Stayed here one night for a concert at the OC fair. Quick walk to and from the fair. Staff was friendly and accomodating for an early check-in. Our room was in the back, 3rd floor and very quiet. Parking included was nice. I will definitely stay here again.

This was a great stay for sure. Sam at the front desk was great! Helped us to upgrade to a jacuzzi room quickly and had a great attitude throughout. The housekeeping staff is beyond friendly and helpful, getting anything we requested right away. We stayed there initially because of the short walking distance to the fairgrounds, but I would definitely choose to stay there again just because. The room was clean, spacious, GREAT AC!!, large TV, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and a very large clean bathroom with 3 sinks! Also had a black out panel on the window which made it dark and cozy for sleeping in after a long night. My only one dislike, and there was only ONE…. is that with the way the lay out is, there is only one elevator and our room was the farthest from it, having to circle the entire floor around to get to our room. Other than that, it was an over all great stay.

Bed bug infested trash hotel. Do not take your family there if your a dad, they may end up leaving you.

First room smelled like smoke and musky even though they said non smoking so they gave another room the room smelled liked musky old toilet. So got another room on first floor a bit better. In one of our beds found someone’s old fallen out false lashes . Nasty . Around the bed looks like no one vacuumed and toilet paper rolls not new scrunched up . Bath tub two bugs. Beds had now comforter just a sheet with down thin fleece. No AC just a fan that kept waking us up every time to turns on. Beds so uncomfortable for two hours of sleep toss and turned until 5am
