Accessible room. Lots of bars on the shower but a BIG step up to gain entry. An enclosed tile shower unit would be better!

Great breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. 20 minutes from the docks. We stayed in seven hotels during our travels in and around Halifax and liked this one the best

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious, looked very new. Parking easy and free on site, breakfast was good too. Only negative is that it is a bit further from downtown than I had thought, my oversight though. All in all a good place to stayover if not a destination in itself.

Stayed three nights and enjoyed the clean accommodations. Our rental car battery died and without hesitation one of the staff (sorry I didn't get her name) offered to jump start it. Very much appreciated and says a lot about their service. Good breakfast and good location for access to the highway.

Very clean and affordable great spot with our compromising quality- quick 15-20 minute drive into city centre offers a more affordable rate as compared to downtown core. Kind and friendly staff and quality breakfast offered each morning. No hesitation to stay here again

Our favorite place to stay. Warm and welcoming, clean, great breakfast, great service, location is perfect as easy on off highway. Costco and Bayer’s lake shopping one exit away. Tim Horton, pizza shop, gas stations are next door.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bed was very comfortable except the air conditioner blew on me throughout the night giving me a cold head.
The breadfast was amazing and the service was excellent in spite of the large number of people.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed for 5 nights and the room did not get vacuumed
Also used coffee cups were not cleared and replaced with clean ones.
Beds were made daily and the washroom was cleaned.

Not sure if the 9 rating. This is a decent hotel but lacks warmth in its setup i.e. has quite an industrial look and feel. Rooms were gray, furniture was gray and even doors were painted gray! Rooms were decent sized but the huge dresser and large bathroom with lot of wasted space make the rooms look crammed. Doors also slammed shut as heavy industrial doors and had paint peeling in some places. Staff was friendly and breakfast was the standard of this area but nice and abundant. Parking lots are not well lit. Access road is a narrow lane next to Tim Hortons and can be easily missed when exiting the highway. Property has lots of potential. If owners are listening - make this cozier and add some warmth!

The room was clean but customer service was not so great. Front desk staff was new so gave me wrong infos during check out and breadkfast - you have to wait forever because you have to wait in line for staff to give you food from inside counter. Not self serve.

This hotel was very clean, easy check in, and had great parking especially for a trailer.

Staff was very responsive and customer focussed. Breakfast was prepared well and it even had convenient food options close by. The drive to Halifax waterfront is not too long and quite scenic. Property is well maintained and looks like they are making enhancements for better experience of guests.

This was the third time we've stayed at this hotel and we love it. The staff is always very helpful and kind. The breakfast was hot and fresh and always pancakes for the kids. It's a very comfy bed with great pillows. Very nice for a family vacation.

I had asked the front desk to put an ice pack in the freezer overnight. I needed to keep medical supplies cold the next day. They put the ice pack in the mini fridge!!!!! It was a simple request. The outside plants were all dried and dead. Not inviting.

Was conveniently located. Breakfast was included and was good selection to chose from. The only thing that was not great was the air conditioning unit is very loud so had to turn it off at night

Excellent stay. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly. Everything was clean. Nice big TV and a Nespresso machine in the room. Bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the two chairs in the room were not. Overall would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed the breakfast options. Excellent. However the food was not warm enough. That is my only complaint.
Toilet was plugged when we entered our room… Please ensure the maids flush the toilet bowls before leaving the room. Thank you .
