It was very easy to check in. Everyone was very helpful. They gave our kids coloring books and other books. They also packed us a breakfast bag for our very early flight the next day.
The worst part was our bathroom. The toilet didn't flush at all. We had the come and fix it. Someone came pushed some buttons and never returned. The shower head kept falling down.
The room was nice but the bathroom was in shambles.

A very smooth check in, extremely attentive staff throughout our stay, who were keen to please. My first time in this hotel, I'm looking forward to staying here again.

The room was very confortable for a family of 4. Everything was within walking distance. The hotel was nice to send our information so we would not be fined for being in a ZTL.

Location, service, and amenities were perfect for an overnight before catching a 6am plane. Staff arranged a taxi and even boxed (bagged) up our complimentary breakfasts for our 5am checkout. Of the plentiful outlets in this small room, two would take multiple plug types, including US prongs. The only issue was that two lights would not switch off using the wall switches. Loosening the bulb solved one and the exhaustion of nine miles of walking in the afternoon heat (40c) fixed the other. I will be staying here again.

Great location if you're traveling by train. Just a few blocks from the station. Lots of superior dining options and walking distance from all the major sites. Far enough from center to avoid the noise. Breakast included with good service and a good range of options.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Great lobby and common areas. Walk to train station in 10 minutes or less. Great breakfast buffet and service.

Daily there were rougher people around the front of the hotel. Our glass shower was un secured and unsafe . This allowed alot of water to flow across the floor during every shower.

Great hotel, highly recommended. Really good for parking car. Breakfast was good, pretty much a European Breakfast. Room was extremely nice, quiet, convenient for walking, everything in walking distance. Easy hotel to drive to.

It wasn’t a bad property not far from the main area but around the property there were some shady people most of the time. Staff was decent.

This is our fifth time we stay at the Grand Hotel Adriático. The rooms are excellent with the exception of the bathroom which is a bit dated. Still super clean, comfortable and with ample space. The breakfast is outstanding and we have also noticed that they display all the ingredients in the food for those people with allergies. The neighborhood can look a bit sketchy however we have NEVER had any issues. Super close to the Arno and about 10 minutes to the Ponte Vecchio. Great affordable restaurants nearby and we love FU, the opener of Bar Al Cantuccio. Makes awesome drinks and very affordable.

The property itself was lovely and clean. The staff welcoming. However, you can expect some noise in the morning from around 5am.

There was an overall genuine interest in helping you in your exploration of Florence from the staff. The room was very clean and a sense of space. The breakfast served was quite delicious and there is a restaurant as part of the hotel that is convenient after a long day of exploring the city with a delicious menu and friendly staff!

The 2nd night of our stay it was raining and our room leaked we used all the towels to wipe up the water and asked 3 times for towels that never came, They were ver apologetic but that didn’t help us dry off after the shower! Or offer us any compensation!
