The worst rooms. Nasty. Stinks very bad

This property gave us a spacious, up to date and puppy friendly room. The staff at check-in was attentive and informative.

It just needed a few things cleaned better

We didnt stay, the first room was completely trashed and nasty. We asked for asked for another room which was slightly better but still not fit for staying. There was dust everywhere and in the vents. The mattress protector under the sheets was moldy and full of stains which was unacceptable. The photos are falsely advertised and will not recommend to anybody to stay there.

Everything was outdated beds were not made very well doors had rust and dirt on them bathroom was not very clean

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The shower was broken, the floor was sticky, there was a hole busted in the baseboard in front of the toilet and the AC was loud. Someone was grilling on the walkway around midnight. There was dirt on everything. Walls had stuff splashed on them. The bed springs sprung when you rolled over. Vents were caked with junk. I probably got 30mins of sleep. The "clerk" said he couldn't give me any credit, I think thats what he said anyway. Its a dump, just sleep in your car.

The toilet had not be flushed and there was a poop still in it.

I refused to stay there after looking at the room. The property was sub-standard, to say the least. The staff seemed uninformed and confused.

The gentleman that handled our checkin was amazing we interacted with him on a few occasions. He always went above and beyond

Dirty floors

It was filthy. Talked to manager, he agreed to refund account. Still haven't received refund.

Absolutely worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Very dirty room was awful looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Full of bugs and bed sheets had holes from cigarette burns. Door was broke and very unsafe. From desk was rude and didn’t know where room was located. Ended up in a smoking room after booking non smoking. Asked for a refund and was refused. I left and slept in car because room was very unsanitary and not safe.

The place is old and filthy.

I gave a slightly higher review because the first room that we had was pretty dirty as far as the floor and parts of the bathroom. It was also very noisy being close to a busy road. The person working reception let me change rooms and the second room was cleaner in a more quiet area. I have no complaints about the employees, they were all really nice. luckily the beds were really good but the whole place needed a paint job and things just weren’t as clean as they should be.

The guy at the front desk gave my hotel key to another person and I was attack

Weekend with granddaughter and always nice staff.

Got switched to a smoking room against our wishes. Desk clerk said no other rooms avail and the system had messed up all their reservations. The room stunk and had visible mold and rust everywhere. The TV did not work . It was pretty gross

Bed was really comfortable. I wish bathroom was upgraded as it was a little scary

It was absolutely filthy. I cant believe I paid $200 to stay here. The bath tub was so nasty. Thankfully it was only one night and could wait to shower until we got home.

The door lock was broken, there was mold everywhere and the room was dirty. Left and had to go to another location due to safety, have photos to show. Would like a refund for this room

This was, without a doubt, the most disgusting hotel property I’ve ever reserved. The linens were soiled and stained. The floor had mold growing between the edges. We asked the manager to come to the room so that we could show him how horrible the room looked. All he could do was to apologize.

Bathroom needed cleaning. Checkin process was through an outside window that you must stoop down to use.

Our stay was very very disappointing to say the least. Our sheets were dirtily on both beds. The floor was very dirty and grimy. There were cob webs everywhere in the room. The furniture and the beds looked like they had the environment eating at them due to the moisture content in the air. The phone did not work and it was sticky like someone had jelly on their hands when they last used it. There was no iron in the room and the room smelled like there was mold growing. We woke up with a daddy log legs that was as big as my plan in the morning. ;0( The front desk guy was very nice and did get us what we needed and got clean sheets for us, but the cleaning ladies still did not do anything about the floor even the next day after we complained. All in all, it was a terrible stay and the hotel is not in a great neighborhood as we called the police at 11pm because there were two cars in the parking lot at the Gas Station right across from the hotel and had their musing blasting and the sub-woofer really loud.

Updated rooms, clean, refrigerator and microwave in room. Comfortable beds and soaking bathtub. Don't expect much from the breakfast, just the bare minimum to call it breakfast. Friendly staff.

The only problem I had was when I went to my room which was in the breezeway by the pool people were smoking marijuana outside close to my room.
