Nice

The room was clean and beds comfortable. The bathroom could use some updating but it was clean. The check in was quick and breakfast was good. The area has many restaurants for dining choices and shopping. I would stay here again.

This hotel was paid for with PayPal I paid $4.50 for the insurance just in case I needed to cancel this was a non-refundable hotel that's the reason I paid for the insurance did not want a refund just wanted to push back one week they refused and charged my card anyway that's not good business didn't want to refund just wanted to push back one week because my company had an issue with trucks coming in we always stay there but you can guarantee we will find somewhere else to stay they can apologize and give us credit for our stay we just wasted a hundred and seven dollars we never stayed there never checked in and never checked out but they told PayPal that we received goods by being there and that was a lie we never stayed there so they just duped us for $107

The staff was friendly, and it’s obvious an effort is being made to improve the property overall, but we were disappointed with the room. Despite it being a non-smoking room, the room and bedding smelled faintly of smoke, there were cigarette burns on the duvet cover, there were hair/beard clippings on the bathroom counter, the was a thick layer of dust on the sink’s backsplash, the TV remote was sticky, and the ceiling above the shower was sagging and cracked as if there had been water damage that was never repaired.
