This property was awesome for our visit in Florence. Local to shops and restaurants! We will definitely be back.

We booked this hotel because we thought there are pool and gym in the property. We have to get a gym pass daily to go to the gym nearby and the pool is more like hot tub and it’s not allowed to swim. You can swim anyhow because it’s so small. The room is okay. We found the musky smell in the bathroom, room and tiny elevator. The best part about it is breakfast and location.

Property was neat and clean. Was surprised with the size of the bathroom. Could hardly move around in there. Little to do in hotel. Was told there was a gym but not on site. No pool. Breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. Good location to the square, restaurants, train station and shopping.

I enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable as an older solo traveller. Would have enjoyed a Netflix option as it was too hot to be out all day

Short walk from train station and close to many sights. Intersting bathroom and several quaint patio seating areas around the ground floor for breakfast and going to hot tub. Breakfast was very nice and convenient.

The staff did an excellent job. The room was super clean comfortable and cool during a very hot couple of days in Florence. We would stay again for sure.

Our room was very comfortable and convenient. There was a comfortable bed, bathrobes, slippers, kettle and drinks... everything you needed. Staff at the reception are very attentive and helpful in every respect.

The hotel is located 4 mins walk from the train station in the heart of Florence. With plenty of restaurants around. It was clean, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Services was good, breakfast is adequate with cold and hot choices. Overall a great hotel, I highly recommend it!

The hotel was very clean and unique. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. It’s extremely convenient to the train station as well as to Florence’s attractions. Highly recommend staying here.

* Great location - Close to the train station and a walking distance from so many of the main attractions * The first room we were assigned was spacious and had 2 levels, unfortunately we immediately discovered mold on the walls and a leakage in the upstairs bathroom so we had to be moved to a different room which was comfortable and cozy so we did not mind * The staff is courteous, but I wouldn’t say they were exactly friendly * The person who carried the luggage to the room wasn’t very careful in handling that. The handle of my friend’s luggage got broken while the luggage porter was moving them from that first room to the second * The A/C malfunctioned a couple of times but the reception were able to fix that quickly from their end * Slippers are not provided but upon requesting them we were delivered 2 pairs each

Great location. Nice hotel and the Christmas decorations were awesome. Super breakfast with lovely staff. Walkable to train station and everywhere. I would return.

My wife and I stayed here during our first visit to Florence in October 2023. I was able to communicate with the very professional staff prior to our arrival to arrange for transportation to/from the airport. This was very important and helpful. This boutique hotel is located very close to a public plaza that the locals frequent on weekends. There are many excellent restaurants and shops walking distance. The staff is outstanding. Florence is a wonderful city with a lot of history and culture to experience and explore.

Helpful staff, clean room, good location

Loved the excellent staff as well as location to many of the sites in Florence. Our room was well appointed and clean. The only item was they don’t provide wash cloths. Otherwise this is a very good hotel that I’d recommend highly.

The hotel was convenient to the train station just a short walk away. Everything was within about a 20-25 minute walk at most so very walkable. The hotel bar and bar tenders were very welcoming and friendly and they have a great, quiet courtyard to enjoy your drinks. The only thing we didn’t love is the bathroom is a bit tight.

Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Room was pleasant although walls were a bit thin! Air con excellent and bathroom clean and well equipped. Breakfast was ok. Hot food was the same everyday and not the best. Lots of choice of cold meats/cheese. Pastries and bread also available and cereals and yogurts/fresh fruit.

It was like staying at a resort

First time visiting Florence and overall the amenities of this hotel were a huge disappointment. The pool is about the size of two king beds, the biggest section is maybe 18” deep, with jets. Two sides of the pool are deep but only about a bodies width wide. Not at all what I was expecting, when I planned on an actual hot tub, the water isn’t even warm. (The pool/hot tub was the main reason we chose this place). The room is decent, however the bed was extra firm and flat. Biggest disappointment in the room was the jacuzzi tub/shower combo. The tub is sectioned into two parts for the shower and if you’re a bigger person, you would be hard pressed to be able to even turn around and/or bend over. Since the pool was a disappointment, I decided to take advantage of the in-room jacuzzi tub. Guess what, the controller is broken so it won’t turn on and I can’t even take a regular bath, because the drain doesn’t seal. We definitely won’t stay here again, especially when there are so many other hotels with the amenities that we were looking for, in the same price range. I’d also like to add, the bedroom is located the furthest point from the door and we can still hear people talking and kids screaming in the hallway and other rooms. Very disappointed!

Enjoyed my stay, the room was quiet small and bed was close to the door so I could hear what was going on in the hallway.

Rivoli Boutique Hotel is a lovely property with first class facilities and fine dining in the in house restaurant.
