Bed was definitely firm especially for a king suite but overall stay great location for out of towners and close to stadium tailgate and 10min walk from stadium staff were excellent!! And Only a 3min drive from Broadway St

Site is close to downtown/Broadway and they have a free shuttle to/from Broadway until 8:30pm! The location didn't make me feel safe to walk back to after 8:30 so we took a Lyft for $8. Beds were too firm for our taste. Staff and bartender Jordan were all excellent!

In town for two days with our two daughters. Not much to in the area right by the hotel but easy drive to Broadway and getting around Nashville. Kids liked the pool. Nice to have free parking which is rare in Nashville.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went to tailgate brewery which was close by. Good time!

My stay was great. This hotel is perfect distance to all the sites without being downtown. All the staff were welcoming, polite and very sweet. I will stay here again my next visit

I would stay here again. Beautiful inside, convenient and eating and drinking options with snacks. Staff is excellent!

We ate at the bar and I enjoyed a wonderful drink. The bartender was super nice and the food was pretty good.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s easy to grab an Uber/Lyft to get anywhere. The rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast is kind of a sh*t show because apparently you need a voucher to eat but whatever. They should just include breakfast in the stay. All in all a nice hotel.

Everything was really good.The only thing we thought could have been better was the breakfast buffet for the price but still not bad

Over night stay

I had a reservation for this property believing it was the Vanderbilt stadium which is also an IHG property. When I searched on the Hotels.com website for the vanderbilt stadium it gave me the Downtown property by the Titan stadium. Unfortunately I didn't know the difference. Upon arriving at the vanderbilt property I found I didn't have a reservation. I was able to get a room. However my reservation was no change so I ended up paying for both hotels. I emailed the Downtown stadium property to explain but have never received a reply.

The room was very nice. There was a sign at the front desk they charge for breakfast now. This was not found on the website when booking the room.

Great weekend getaway - close to stadium and Broadway. Helpful staff and convenient shuttle service.

Clean, friendly staff, close to the Nashville strip

Shuttle service to downtown is a nice feature - and essential. Pool was nice, but very chilly. Hotel is in a very industrial part of town.

Upon entering there was an unpleasant odour in lobby but the customer service was good.facility was quite, beds were comfortable and the free parking is always appreciated.

Overall I thought the property was good. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and inviting. The room was clean and well appointed. Free parking made having a rental car convenient. The biggest draw back was the location being in a seemingly failing industrial area which left you with few dining options. That was mitigated by the free shuttle to Broadway.

The property is very nice and clean, Just in a rough little area.

The room was great, it was updated and everything worked. Bed was comfortable. When we woke up and headed down for breakfast, the elevator didn't work. So my wife and I decided to take the stairs. The stairs led to outside the building and no way to get back in.. we walked to the main entrance and told the employee. He said.. oh f###... I don't know how to fix that... Also there was no coffee or even breakfast even though they had a sign for breakfast... No one was there. The elevator did start working again but we just packed our stuff and checked out. Most likely we will not stay there again.

First of all it is not a Clarion but is now a Holiday Inn Express and Orbitz doesn’t notify you of changes like that. The neighborhood is not great didn’t feel safe to walk the .7 of a mile to Nissan Stadium. Most all of the staff was very helpful and nice, but the Housekeeping staff was rude and unhelpful. In fact they would lie to their supervisor if you asked to have your room cleaned at a later time.

The bathroom ceiling was leaking from water damage from upstairs. The front desk check in staff said our room was brand new but there was poorly done renovations completed and water damages. Our stay was constantly interrupted by construction drills. Working in the hotel was nearly impossible. Even worst, maintenance continued to bang on our door to come inspect the water damages in the bathroom. Mind you, we never told them about it. So clearly the hotel staff was well aware ahead of our stay that our room had present damages that required immediate attention. Laying bed with random men walking in and out while you try to work in your room.. it was so cringey and creepy. The bathtub was so rusted and the water did not get hot. The water ran cold and after 20mins it became luke warm at best. Terrified to complain to the staff about our stay as they clearly had no hesitation to enter our room, we decided to push through it. This was one of the worst stays to date. We drove 11hrs straight to end up there. What a nightmare.

1st thing the indoor pool was cold. There was a couple there that said they had been there the previous weekend and it was really warm but didn't know what happened this weekend. Then the tv didn't work. We got it to come on to a screensaver screen but it wouldn't do anything else. It would not even TURN OFF! We had to change rooms at 11:30 pm because you can't sleep with that bright light from the screensaver on. Got up the next morning and went to breakfast and there was no eggs out. Not very many people even in the dining area. Couldn't find anyone to tell. Checked out and told the front deak and they just acted like none of that was a big deal.

had a very enjoyable stay! it was a nice hotel room. very comfy clean bed. no problems with AC or anything. Before booking, i knew parking would be 20/day so it was expected. Wish there wasn’t construction going on in the lobby area BUT it wasn’t an issue for me during my stay. it was very quiet and peaceful at night. Did the job it needed to do. Very close to downtown too!

It was noisy with remodeling. It did stop and they said it would be done soon. We were told one price when booked and had several unexpected charges added. Room was clean. But tp holder needed tightened also toilet seat. Bed was very comfortable.
