Bed was comfortable but did not sleep due to lack of drapes on the windows & streetlights shining directly in. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean but old & needing repairs.

All was fine except there was significant road construction making it very difficult to get into the parking lot. There were a few signs showing how to get in but they were not lit up and we had arrived when it was dark.

Not the worst stay, however AC wouldn’t stay on consistently to cool the room during the day. Sadly the TV didn’t work as stated & house keeping was already at my door before checkout ready to clean my room. Other than that would stay again for the price.

The property was filthy, loud and smelled of cigarettes. Also, my service dog was charged a pet fee because I did not have a registration card. There is no legitimate and federally ADA recognized registration card for service animals.

Too many Dogs! I woke up at 7am to dogs barking and wouldn’t stop. I called front desk and the contacted the other room but the dog didn’t stop barking…

Road work, so hard and confusing to get in.

Each day I stayed at this hotel they did not clean the room. I had to go to the front desk for towels and clean my own room. this is unheard of!

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The cleanliness of the common areas (carpets in hallways leading to elevator) need a lot of attention. Made me wonder about the rest of the property. The staff was very good and accommodating. In spite of what I considered downfalls, I would stay there again if the need arises.

The breakfast area needs help. The tables were all dirty, and folks were standing up eating their cereal because of it! The lady who worked there obviously needed some incentive to clean the tables...maybe put a tip jar out? There was only 1 packet of syrup for the waffle area, and no napkins, only some wall hung dispensers for paper towels.

Good service. Nice outdoor pool. Busy area with lots of restaurants near by. Food service worker was a bit rude to my husband. He’s quiet and cordial, so I was surprised he mentioned it but glad he did. Lady, do better. Just be kind. Other than that, typical LaQuinta that keeps us coming back no matter what city we happen to be in when traveling with our grandson and dog. Thank you.

Guests across the hall playing tv loud it sounded like they had the door open but they didnt. Website clearly states no smoking but there are cigarette butts all over and the day staff were even smoking. Tried to play me about the price they charged me. And after a 20 minute conversation and showing them simple math they realized they owed me 56.50. Pet deposite is nightly fee of 25.00 which is taxed each night separately so its 28.75 a night.,also website doesn't state that your pet must be crated when left in room alone you find that out when you arrive and sign the pet policy.

The Hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The maid service was offer. Asked for clothes towels and trash pick up at about 9 am when leaving to meet family. Didn't happen.

there was only 2 ice machines 1 on the first and 1 on the thirdfloor. the one on the first floor worked occasionally and the one on the third floor never worked. during our 4 day stay we had to have both our room keys reprogramed several times.

Must have stayed on a busy night or something cuz there was a full lobby with people partying in and outside. Constant noise down the hall on 5th floor where i stayed with people screaming and running back and forth slamming doors. I get kids doing it but even adults were bein ratchet and excessive. Bathroom was fairly clean other than hair and specs on the wall. Room itself was real nice and area is great. Stopped in for place to stay while traveling and was cheapest compared to florida Pensacola and Destin area hotels. Hotel itself is nice people inside not so much. To be fair these are other guests not the workers themselves and it was around the opening of the brand new "Waterworld" water park next door. Decent place but i understand people cant be controlled.

There were roaches crawling in one room and urine all over the toilet in the other. I will be posting postures and a video if I can under the hotel reviews. Management would not call me back

Staff wouldn’t give us room we booked w/pet (5 lb Yorkie) and gave us a lesser room for same price. Guessing they could get more money for the better room from another guest. La Quinta is always a top choice for us. But won’t stay at Dothan location again.
