Pleasant stay for a few nights. The restaurant was superb.

Great hotel and Lou the girl at the front desk was very professional, polite and had superb customer service. The rooms has very good AC and walking distance to the train station.

Clean, efficient, easily walkable to shopping, and transportation. Great bar and restaurant. Responsive and professional staff. Get a corner room or one with a small balcony to enjoy expanded space.

The location was great. The neighborhood is charming and it was conveniently close to the railroad station.

Best people and best service

I would say this is 3.5 star hotel , not 4 , nothing special . They don’t have bell man , so you take bags by yourself. First room we checked in , AC was not working. They moved us to different room, AC was working but it was making horrible noise, practically couldn’t sleep , but for 2 nights left did not want to move , they tried to fix it , was ok only for one day . But anyway, average hotel for that price .

Stayed 1 night in a Double Room Large. SERVICE - Check in/out was easy and pleasant. Upon check out we were offered a bottle of water each for our trip. A few drinks were included in the mini fridge. ROOM - We had a double room with a sofa bed. It was smaller than what appears in photos but we were OK for 1 night, longer stay may be difficult. Bathroom had a tub and toiletries. AC worked well. COMFORT - The people in the room above were very loud and we notified the hotel; the issues was handled quickly. NOTE - hotel is very close to the train station; we could see the trains coming/going. The negative was that you could hear the trains brakes screaching. LOCATION - good and convenient to the transportation, however, not exactly in the Old Town. VALUE - Seems overpriced for the $500/night we paid. Hotel was comfortable but definitely did not feel luxurious.

The staff was very helpful and gave us waters and candy and anything we needed including directions and discounts to their restaurant. Had a good shower with shampoo and conditioner and free drinks in fridge.

Great place to stay for the price..

I have to give a shout out to the staff, especially the reception (Elena who was so incredibly helpful) and the man with the long black wavy hair (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten). I know his family is from Turkey. They were wonderful, helpful and professional!

Amazing stay. Hotel was in a very good location to access the Lucerne train station and with the swiss pass every place in our wish list was at the reach of the hand. Hotel was very clean, staff was helpful and there is a spanish restaurant in the hotel that is worth to visit: the paellas are great and the staff are incredible. Breakfast was not included so if you re taking a train, or moving around the city is better to have it at the train station or in some other place: there are a lot and very good in food variety and price.

We stayed two nights at this wonderful hotel. Walking distance 5 min from Lucerne train station. The staff was so attentive, room clean and well kept. That you for a great stay.

Great property, amaizing and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

The room was nice. Friendly staff. The location I didn’t love, and it had a wall between the bed and bathroom that was very thin. Wanted to take a shower very early morning but my son would have woken up, because of the paper thin wall. The view was to the parking lot, so not nice. Wouldn’t stay here again. Too expensive, I didn’t think it was worth the price.

The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly, our room was clean and cosy. The location was ideal for walking to the station and main attractions of Lucerne.
