We stayed at Hotel Kraft twice in the last 2 weeks and found the service impeccable, the rooms spacious and clean and the staff amazing, bending over backwards to accommodate our requests!

Beautiful hotel in a quieter part of the city. Easy walk to the centre. Great room with high ceiling and good air con. Recommend at least one dinner on the rooftop terrace - amazing views. Small roof terrace and pool but very welcome after a hot day walking. Lovely staff.

We loved this hotel! It was beautiful decor, friendly staff, great breakfast and awesome pool with views! Our family of 4 stayed in a quadruple room, it was spacious and had nice storage options. There was a king bed and two twin beds in our room with a balcony. The location was a 15 min walk from train station and 15 min walk to main tourist areas. It was lovely to leave busy tourist section and head back to relax at the quiet hotel during the trip. If we visit Florence again, we'll definitely stay here!

Staff were friendly and professional. Food was excellent, rooms a good size and the hotel was in quiet but convenient location. When taxi was required for airport it arrived in four minutes.

Hotel Kraft was the perfect place for us to stay in Florence. Our room was modern, quiet and very clean and the air con a welcome relief due to the extremely hot temperatures. Their pool on the rooftop gave us a chance to cool down and refresh and the views of the city are absolutely stunning. We had dinner one night at the rooftop restaurant and the food was disappointingly average. The staff in general were very nice and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel and in Florence. We would stay at Hotel Kraft again the next time we are in Florence.

This property has a roof top pool and bar and Resturant with gorgeous views of Florence. We chose this for the kids to have a pool option. The breakfast was really good lots of options and gluten friendly. Easy to walk to Ponte Vechiccio. Family rooms were nice size.

This is a great place to come and stay in Florence. It is a nice area. The pool was the best part after a hot day of sightseeing. The breakfast was hearty and kep us going to our daily gelato break!

Hotel stay was amazing. Has an amazing pool with a gorgeous view of Florence. Hotel staff were outstanding, gave us amazing suggestions for activities to do and restaurants to eat at. Also helped us get a last minute cab to get to catch our train just in time! For sure coming back to stay at the Hotel Kraft the next time we're in Florence and would suggest everyone to stay here!

We loved our stay in Hotel Kraft. The staff couldn't have been nicer, the room was spotlessly clean, and the roof top restaurant and pool were an added bonus. Walkable from the station and to the centre of Florence. Grazie mille Hotel Kraft!

Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff, great quiet location within easy walking distance to many historic sites. The rooftop restaurant has an amazing g view and a fabulous menu!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and room is larger than most in Europe with lots of classic features and a large bathroom. Only gripe is that the pillows are too soft but overall, i would recommend and although it is not directly in the centre of Florence, it is a 10/15 minute scenic walk along the river in a very quiet area. Staff were amazing and lovely bar.

Beautiful property, modern facilities, great roof top bar and restaurant - along with Pool. Staff were always attentive to our needs, spoke amazing English and were very patient at our attempts of Italian, they assisted with multiple bookings and had good recommendations. Completely safe area and most of Venice was walkable within 20-30 minutes.

We loved Hotel Kraft! My friend and I came to stay for three nights and have said if we were to come again, we would certainly stay here. The staff are so warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing, beautiful balcony, great room amenities 10/10. Loved the rooftop pool which was warm and a dip after a day of walking was much appreciated. Wonderful views of Florence from the rooftop pool and the bar. It was very easy to walk everywhere from the hotel, attractions are around 20 minutes away. We would highly recommend!

The staff is extremely rude and not helpful. Asked a question and the front desk told me to just look at the tour pamphlets, asked about air conditioning and I was told “it is what it is”, & was charged 16 euros for one can of sprite (split for 2 kids). It’s unfortunate because the hotel rooms are nice. Would not recommend if customer service is important for your stay.

The entire staff made us feel comfortable. We don’t speak Italian but they spoke English and assisted us with our plans in the city and transportation. We loved our stay and would return if the opportunity presents itself.

We stayed in a beautiful superior room with balcony and definitely recommend this hotel. Great service, friendly staff and one of the few hotels to have a pool on the roof. Within walking distance to all the attractions yet away from the crowd with beautiful views, perfect.

The hotel was stunning, staff extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in (room 130) was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for more, especially as it had a balcony where we could sit out in the evening with a nice bottle of Prosecco!!
The rooftop terrace for breakfast and dinner was sublime with stunning views of Florence. We will highly recommend the Kraft Hotel to our friends and we definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our Silver Wedding anniversary so special.

Perfect place for our 3 days in Florence! Everyone that works there is so nice and accommodating! Our room was beautiful and we loved having a balcony! It was fantastic to have a pool after a day of sightseeing! It was about a mile to Uffizi, Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio. We didn’t mind the 20 minute walk at all, walking along the Arno river was beautiful!
