It was overnight for business so quick stay. The bed was very comfortable and that was the priority. Char broken so it was almost to the floor, at the desk, Net extremely slow, Lounge chair needs to be replaced. Do not take your socks off the carpet in halls and room filthy. But all I really needed was a good night sleep. Still, I had work to do and could nto due to slow net.

Very comfortable beds, and large rooms. Smell of fresh flowers was in the hallway. Fitness room had old equipment and no weights. Breakfast was limited but ok.

Hotels general condition in hallways are horrid. Carpets heavily soiled. My Room carpet stained. Pool/Hot tub closed. Entryway boarded up. Reception seemed alright. Hotel is old and unkept. As above description. Price very reasonable considering. Bed is comfortable. TV works. Bathroom ok. Heat ok. Replace carpets. Fix pool. Your rates might go up. But. Being presentable is everything for weary travelers.

While the exterior looks ordinary, when you step inside it's like you are in a very upscale hotel. The room was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. Pillows were above par. My only complaint was the sub-par breakfast. Most places I've been to offer scrambled eggs and either bacon or sausage in addition to waffles. They had waffles, but no protein sources.

Location was convenient but we could hear the foot steps from the room above very loudly. We had an early night cause we had a big day ahead and we could hear every foot step till like 1am and it was hard for us to sleep. Also, we registered our car with the front desk and they gave us a parking sign to put on the dashboard. I forgot to put it out once and we got a note the next day saying we would need to move our car or it'll be towed. Just thought that they would have some sort of record to double check the license plate or something. There were also other cars without the note so wasn't sure why we were the only one that got it. They were also doing renos at the time which wasn't disruptive but there was just "stuff" everywhere

Great stay. Staff was amazing; helpful and friendly. Surprisingly nice hotel for the price. Close to Amtrak Tukwila station and not too close to SEA-TAC to be bothered with much noise. Undergoing renovation now but not much noise/dust.

Its an older hotel..nothing fancy. Rooms were clean.. bed was comfortable..we stayed 5 days ..i asked for full service after the 2nd day..no one showed up. Rooms are only "full serviced," every 3 days of a stay😳..overall, it was ok.

The hotel is super long and the staff at all times seemed to have something right in view that was being done. Whether it be tons of laundry or the floor washer being taken apart with scissors and equipment right in the path. Might consider doing the repairs behind a door.
Bed was good, TV subpar options. Someone was vacuuming hallway before 7am.

Good cheap hotel. Room was not cleaned or re-stocked after our first night so we had to re-use our disposable cups. TV seemed to be aerial only as the signal was crappy analog with no HD available in 2024. Quiet and staff was very nice.

I had the best experience overall ! Front desk staff was friendly when i arrived early check in was available there is a fee which wasn’t horrible but the airport shuttle driver wasn’t available when i flew in so they had me Uber to the hotel and they did take the amount off of my stay which was awesome ! Rooms were clean basic room nothing fancy but enough the hotel itself is going through some construction parking lots kind of run down but everything was awesome ! I had a good time the best part was the free breakfast i would definitely stay with them again

Service was great, had to check in late and I contacted the office and they worked with me on checking in. Staff was friendly. Hotel is getting renovations so conditions aren’t the nicest. Pool was green and getting worked on, parking lot had some construction work being done. Room was clean and beds were fine. Rooms and hallways did feel old, kinda had that older smell to it too. If you need a place to stay and price is cheap then it’s worth it if you don’t care for amenities and a nice looking place. But compare prices to other hotels for sure if you want a more eye pleasing place to stay

The hotel looked generally run-down. Bathroom mirror was chipped, room refrigerator froze everything we put inside. Iron leaked water snd didn’t get hot to iron clothes. No daily cleaning service; the manager claimed room cleaning was available “starting on the third day by request.” But, we tried getting our trash cans emptied on the third day but were never emptied.
Room carpet was filthy dirty. Walking around in my socks, the bottoms were black with dirt after one evening.
Free breakfast was marginal, they at least offered waffles and toast.

Everything was good the breakfast is good. The only issue I had was the mini fridge didn’t work in my room and the A/c was a bit outdated and didn’t really blow that cold of air.

We had to book our room here on extremely short notice (2 am morning of our stay). Our train was canceled so we needed a place to stay. Thankfully they had a room available. We got there right after we checked out of the other hotel and they let us leave our luggage there until check in. We got there about an hour before check in time and our room was ready. People working the front desk were super helpful and really nice. Would definitely stay here again

Their was litter all over the parking lot, and there was a bunch of tools covered by tarps taking up a whole row of parking. We asked for an extra blanket the first night and they never sent it - we had to ask again the next night. Our remote wasn't working and the maintenance guy came and said it worked if we used our fingernail to press the button and asked if we "really needed" another remote. Our garbage wasn't emptied once in our 5 night stay and we ran out of toilet paper. Also the breakfast is all bread - which I understand is the standard for a continental breakfast, but usually there are sausages or eggs or something other than bread and that was not the case. Also, I booked here because of the airport shuttle that they offer, but it only runs between 6am and 11:30pm.

Front desk staff was excellent. They all went above and beyond to help us with the issues we had with our rooms. They were kind, respectful and supportive. The manager was very supportive and helpful as well.
The house keeping manager was very rude to us and was talking bad about us to her staff.
She has no attention to detail nor quality customer service.

Staff was helpful and pleasant but the lobby furniture is shabby and TV did not work properly. A helpful employee attempted to fix it but was unsuccessful. The food at the adjacent casino was below average but the waiter was pleasant.

I didn’t like the breakfast every day was the same cold breakfast we stay 6 days and not one single day food was different always the same properly updated carpet dirty out door sitting not in place won’t come back again

The staff is very friendly and very good, the hotel itself is somewhat dated and could do with a bit of a makeover, at least in my room, the bed was comfortable and a good shower, that’s all I really need anyway.

The property was definitely old and dingy. It had not been updated or deeply cleaned in a long time. We had to request housekeeping when we checked in because there was hair on the bathroom floor. The breakfast was quite poor. Only waffles or pastries available and you couldn’t take food to your room. Overall, very poor quality for the price paid.
