We had a nice stay although when we checked in and got situated in our room, we noticed the sink outside the bathroom leaked significantly into the carpet. They had two maintenance men within the hour and they replaced the pipes. We had a four day stay. Also noticed the refrigerator did not work after we put our things inside. They didn't replace until next day but offered us use of their kitchen refrigerator. Debbie was a gem. The outdoor pool was a nice amenity but definitely a little run down and dirty. The employees were very nice. Air conditioner was great as well as comfy beds!

It was pretty average hyatt. The one thing that we not like particularly was bathroom space. It was cramped. Like the smallest space you can expect. Other than that, they were renovating lobby area.

Good stay for the price. The hotel isn't in the best condition and the rooms weren't the cleanest.
Our floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed and the surfaces were dirty and sticky. The plastic packets that go along with the coffee maker in the room had all been opened and not replaced between guests.

Best value in Tuttle Crossing. Great location for easy access to freeway for downtown, OSU, good selection of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great breakfast, active management, working around renovations nicely.

Our room was clean per Sofia . Well done. Breakfast good. Desk staff was nice and efficient. Only negative was noisy due to close to highway which is not hotel fault.

Staff is fairly new and still learning process of checking in. Training is common in any business, but would like to see a manager in attendance to see that checking in only takes one interaction.
Additionally, there were multiple vehicle break-ins during my stay. I had heard Dublin was a good area and break-ins can happen anywhere, but not sure I'd stay here again.

The construction was a major problem. The side entrance was difficult to navigate with the trash cans by the doors, especially with suitcases. The entrance was crowded with housekeeping carts, luggage carts, people getting on and off the elevators, construction workers, and housekeepers. The room was not clean, and there was trash on the floor beside one of the beds. The couch was disgusting and was stained and covered with food. The carpet was wet in several spots. There was no room number on the doors when we checked in.
The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and bathrooms were clean, but I won't be back.

I understood it is under construction. But no amendies at all. Two day stay for two travelers: toilet paper quite low, facials nearly empty, one single cup coffee pod, cups never replaced. I don't think the cleaning staff ever entered our room during our stay.

They only cleaned the room once in the 7 days I was there. The heavy glass shower door fell off the track. If I had been an elderly man or woman, I might have been seriously injured. For three days I had cold water. The breakfast was delicious. The room was nice with those exceptions.

They are in the process of remodeling, so the front entrance is blocked off and some rooms are still under construction. Other than that small inconvenience, our stay was fabulous! The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great (especially the homemade banana bread)! The rooms were clean and modern. Nice showers and plenty of outlets and USB ports to charge all our devices! Convenient location with lots of restaurants and shopping!

Putting aside the renovations that should have ended a month ago, the room is great. Large, comfortable, clean, and the TV is huge with all the latest technology. The bathroom is modern and very clean. I also appreciate the security that monitors the property and occasionally walks around the building. I'm most impressed with the staff as they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Thé hotel was going thru updates and that wasn’t clear before booking it was a bit of a hassle as everything was thru the back entrance and quite dirty but the room’s were very clean and the staff was nice

The room smelled terrible. The bed smelled terrible. The bathroom had water all over the floor and the toilet seat when I arrived. It seemed like the room had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. I just felt dirty the entire time I was in the room
