The young man at the desk was really laid-back and cool. He definitely held down a job he was underpaid for. Well, I didn't like the first room because it was flooded. Using a raft to sleep in probably wouldn't have been that comfortable so we got a second room. The second room took my breath away. Quite literally. The smell was unbelievably horrific. A mixture of mold, mildew, smoke (multiple kinds), and other muskie scents. Well we figured it was probably the air conditioner. The longer I was in the room the more we noticed that it was definitely not just the air conditioner. The floor was literally peeling up. Tiles were loose from what I can only guess was previous flooding. There was something that looked to be body fluid splattered on the lamp. The bathroom was the cleanest part and it had hair all intertwined in the towels and roaches. The bedding had stains, holes and also smelled as though it had been washed and left in the washing machine for a week before it was dried. The longer we were in the room the less I could breathe and, we made the decision to leave. I do regret not being able to take pictures but it was a choice to breathe or document. I chose to breathe. Even with the lower price , these rooms were uninhabitable. We were on the first floor. I have no idea what the other floor is look like so if you stay there maybe request one of the high-year floors. But do you know that the property is quite run down.

Very terrible ended up returning the key card didn’t stay. Elevator not working cooling air smelled like mold. I don’t know why hotel.com has it listed

Nasty

Water could be seen leaking from multiple windowsills. My room was leaking from the outside in through cracks in the floor. No one came to clean the room, deliver fresh towels, or remake the bed with fresh linen. But with all that being said it was cheap and that’s what I needed.

I did not stay at the property, still waiting on my money to appear back on my card. Front desk manager couldn't even find reservations to when I complain about authorization of $117 was taken off my card. Also a guest came back after checking in complaining of roaches being in the room. Roach motel is unsanitary

LITERALLY RUN AWAY!! It was Soo awful that after I looked at the room, I turned around and ask for a refund. There was NO WAY ON GOD’s EARTH THAT I WOULD STAY THERE! LITERALLY: Homeless and drug addicts all over the premise. Not that it matters- but the free breakfast was a complete lie. The woman at the counter was very nice though. After I asked for a return she said that she completely understood and me a refund with no issue.

Property wasn't maintain , doors weren't fully secured. seems to be continuous living. patrons had doors fully open

Hot water was not working and it was smelling like cigarettes. Sheets were old and had small holes..

They had roaches and other bugs in there room. My refrigerator was broke had to wait a week for a new one

The owner was awful

We walked into the room and walked straight out again and went elsewhere, and took the hit on the money. It was dirty, and full of cockroaches. We literally stamped on one as it ran out from under the bed. There were dead ones all over the wall too. The floor tiles were squelching from unknown liquid underneath. There were loads of dodgy characters around and when we went to drive away, a guy with his hood up started running over to our car. I’m pretty sure he was going to try and rob us. The chest of draws were propped up on wood and was about to topple over and crush my toddler. The front desk staff couldn’t care less. We could not get out of there quick enough.

Terrible place needs to be demolished or total redo

Got my MacBook Pro stolen from a resident of the hotel and magically happened to get it returned to me They dropped it off to the front desk and then the front desk gave it to a different resident to hold on to instead of holding onto it for me without notifying me it was dropped off Screen was damaged and went to front desk to notify and he acted like he could care less and just wanted me gone Unbelievable

The manager is an awesome guy. The prices are reasonable.

The room was so bad we were unable to stay in it. The tv did not work. The bathroom had some gunk on the floor. The carpet had some kind of powder all over and it stunk. When we got there the door was already open and all the windows were open. Never seen a room this nasty ever.

Place is run down and reeks of cigarettes. Couldn't get extra towels also the shower was a total loss. The whole experience was terrible.

If u wanna crack motel this the place. It was absolutely disgusting.the place is falling apart and dirty. Please don't book here if u bringing children. This place is unsafe!

Filthy filthy rooms. Unsafe area. Lots of noise. So bad they literally lock you in the hotel. Stains and burn holes on the sheets. Paper thin towels smelled like axle grease. Lots of stains on the walls and floors. I was locked in with my family and wish I could have retrieved my handgun from the truck. Lots of foot traffic. Did I mention that they lock you in the hotel???? Do not take your family here. Sounds like someone was operating a dog kennel next door and also a thriving brothel down the hall. Not a politically correct way of saying it but not many people there who need sunscreen! Not safe for families!!!

Lights in bathroom didn’t work. Smell was awful. Holes in walls. Cigarette holes in the sheets. Then there was a shooting in the next door parking lot. Never again.

The hotel smelled like cigarettes all around, bums were sleeping next to cars outside, the hotel had water stains and cracks in everything around the room, no hot water just frigid cold, the mini fridge was rusted and old, the tv screen was messed up and skipping like radio does when your in a bad area, Wi-Fi didn’t work and no breakfast.

They didn’t have breakfast like they said when we called. We had a leak in our bathroom.

Everyone is very nice

First of all the AC in our room did not work. Then they only had two towels in the room when we checked in and when we went to the front desk and asked for some more towels they said that I could not get any more until 9am the next morning. The web site said a hot breakfast was included but all they had was coffee and orange juice.

This place is literally falling down around them, while the staff was nice there wasn't much they could do. Elevator was out, had to request lightbulbs for lamps, bathtub had a crack making it unstable, there were no TOWELS, and the entire property had a smell. This property needs a lot of work and is advertised to have breakfast and a restaraunt on property which it does not.

Checking in at the counter was simple, issues started when I was told I didn't know how to use a key card, that required the desk person to physically pop a cover off and use a master key to let me in. Happened every time I left the room. They do not have WIFI, well they have un-secured free to access by anybody (customer or not). No shampoo/bar soap (basics). Syrup or some type of sugar base sticky residue is on night stand, desk, and floor by the fridge. I knew the place was going to be sketchy but not to the point where it was worse than other places for the same price i've been to. By far the worse out of the 10+ hotels i've stayed at in the past month to two months.

I didn't like the fact id prepd & immediately wanted to ck out ,was told no refund would be issued . I took pics , expedia was no help . A partially acceptable room was found 2 hrs after i checked in elevator was out of order , no breakfast, no restaurant. Im out $184 for 2 nite stay & all i received was being treated horribly. I shoulsve received a full refund .

Did not enjoy it what so ever had the wrong room and when the ac started leaking they refused to give us another room nd sent the maintanence man to fix it which took over an hour

This was where we ended up at after being treated like we were less than human by your customer service and after being promised a 25 dollar credit 3 different times which they said it would be there in 72 hours but we're going on 4 days now we still haven't received as we speak. So your 72 hours turned into 4 days and counting.

There were no lights and wet used dirty towels and they wouldn’t give us new towels and we only came to shower . And they refused to refund our money even though we didn’t use this room it was disgusting
