Very worn and tired facility. Needs to be redone. Room was dated and worn. Bed was good. Coffee at breakfast was swill - terrible! No juice, fruit , only crappy cereal and waffles. I will reserve again from hotels.com but not this facility - at least not until it’s completely renovated.

The property offered shuttle service to/ from the airport as well as to the convention center. The driver went above and beyond to help me to an urgent care center and a pharmacy. saved my trip ! Very friendly staff.

Love this property. I travel a lot and it is my go to when I find myself in dfw. Friendly staff, and there’s multiple restaurants across the street. Check in is always quick and the rooms are clean.

The lobby area was wide and clean. There was ample free parking. And there was a nice steakhouse just walking distance from the property. Also, everything we wanted to check out was within 15 minutes of the property. Next time we are flying in to Dallas, we'll stay there again.

Only reason I booked this hotel was for the airport transfer. I arrived and they said no airport transfer on Friday from 6pm - 11pm. It wasn't stated on the hotel description anywhere that they don't provide during those hours and day.

The air conditioner is in need of a serious cleaning the entire room had a mold smell and our heads from sleeping half the night were seriously clogged I can’t imagine a health compromised person surviving this place . I would rather sleep in my car than this hotel. Sorry but that’s real talk.

Stayed here out of necessity when my originating flight was delayed arriving and i missed my connecting flight. Everyone was helpful, room comfortable but dated. Only complaint is there airport shuttle only seats 5 passengers. I needed a 5am seat and it was already full. I had to get a taxi . Nice driver whose name was given by the desk at the hotel. Other than that it was a good place to sleep instead of the airport.

Persons manning the front desk were very helpful in getting us directions to DFW airport and showing us how to exit the facility to get on the road in the correct direction for the air port.
One Bad item: Decor on sink faucet came off in our hands when trying to use that faucet.

Poor service. Whether it was the brusque and rude front desk workers; the cigarette burn hole in my coverlet; my supposedly non smoking room which had clearly been smoking until recently; the refusal to let me have any breakfast to go two minutes before 6 when I was catching the shuttle; this stay was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Will never stay here again.

The room looked like it recently had a remodel, so that was nice. Bathrooms not remodeled though. The room had a strange smell. There was spot on my sheet and I’m pretty sure my bed had been slept in without a sheet change before our stay. Didn’t see any bed bugs, so that’s a plus! People were up ALL night slamming doors in the hallway and it was uneasy sleeping because of it. Wouldn’t be my first choice next time, but if I had to stay there again I suppose I could make due with it. The o my photo I took was of the actual spot on the sheet… did NOT look like a stain!! The sheets weren’t crisp either like a new set of sheets are.
