Location was good

Check-in was chaotic. Rooms were not ready until the last minute. Room smelled of dampness/mildewew/mold? Water seemed to be collecting inside the bathtub wall. The shower rod was barely hanging. There were only two thin bath towels. I called the front desk, and they said they were out of towels. But some were in the dryer, and someone would be up to check the room and bring towels. It didn't happen. I caught housekeeping in the hallway and borrowed disinfectant, and got towels. Furniture was shabby. We had to have our key cards reloaded three times. Coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. Food selections were limited and not appetizing. Outside trash (by front door) was full and overflowing. Gross. We used to stay at this hotel several times a year and very pleased. Mo longer. It has declined rapidly. We will not return.

Location was good. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent 2 of 3 mornings we were there.

The facility was old and in need of repair. The sink in our room wouldn’t drain, the tub faucet could not be turned off, the refrigerator froze our drinks, the furniture was peeling and getting on our clothes, and there was no AC in hotel except in our rooms. This was in Texas where it was 91 degrees.

The pool was dirty, not once did I see anyone cleaning it. We couldn’t get more towels because we had to personally bring the dirty towels to the front desk.
