Liked the water park

The service was horrible, the prices were outrageous, none of the vending machines worked, our toilet ran constantly and wouldn’t flush from the handle. I could list many more disappointing items but I’m absolutely sure others of the massive crowd will let you know.

Most of the staff was rude.Run by teenagers with little to no customer service skills at all.Had to wait on my room.So many people in the halls waiting on rooms arcade was way higher on Monday vs Tuesday total scam all about the $ not enough about customer needs.Upon checking out so many customers complaining about waiting on room way after 4,over charges,damaged property from leaking ceiling above rooms,took friends for there 1st time my nanny and her gkids complete disaster she waited 1-1/2 for her room after a long drive an elderly lady at that then was told she couldn't use shower it gets worse maintenance pounding next door supposed to be quiet from 11-7 then have the nerve to call my nanny and say we're moving you are 11:30 at night again elderly lady still waited to see no call she called and asked?your response I'm not sure yet asked about pounding from maintenance next door said"it will stop sometime" so you text that to us customers complete nightmare.The poor young lady next to us during checkout was probably the one below my nanny who got her Louis Vuitton purse damaged from mold due to wet soaked floor in her room that was still wet and soaked the next day she stated.This was more than obvious it's about the money you make off customers and only that! Completely disgusted and so Very disappointed will Never recommend this place EVER!!!!

The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable

The long walk to our room was at the end of the hall. The price for 3 nights was very expensive. The food very expensive. Just wasn't what we expected on our first visit.

We had a great time. Lots of fun and lots of activities!

Restaurant was under staffed. We felt bad for our waiter due to his extreme load of tables.

Food was great and things to do were great!

Check in was horrible.Room wasn't ready to check in till almost 2 hours after the check in time.Kids beds/mattresses were hard as ROCKS.Had to pay extra for part of the activities after paying a LOT!
