No issues, friendly staff and room was ready

Great room and a great restaurant

Very large room with mini renovated bathroom. Full kitchen. Some renovations all over. In a quiet neihborhood. Great food store Farmboy, 3 corners away. Hôtel personnel nice and polite. However the standard of the hotel is not up to the newest Embassy or Hilton. Still looks like a residential building more than a hotel. Cleanliness (windows notably) needs improvement.

This is a great location, clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We just found all the furniture including the bed to be very hard and uncomfortable. I don’t think we would book again only because of that reason.

Great stay, only inconvenience is how small/narrow parking spaces in the underground parking is. Otherwise, it is conveniently located for where we wanted to go during our stay. Easy walk and safe area to walk at night to see Parliament Hill and surrounding areas.

I was impressed by the rooms and the staff service was great the outside is looking dated but everything that mattered was perfectly fine Cooper's restaurant has excellent food and the room I had had awesome features and I have no complaints

One of the elevators didn’t work so long wait times but other than that it was a nice stay. Will come back again

Nice place !

I like their nice staff and their service of help. The poor service is they only have elevator opration and it have keep us long time to be up and down. I have waited to the first floor for checking out for 15 minutes until I call front desk. The staff told me because lots of guests checked out at that time.

The room was poorly cleaned and the staff was unhelpful. Asked for extra towels and never received them despite asking twice. Only two pillows and two towels in a room for 4.

The rooms were very spacious - They felt like a mini apartment with the kitchen and living room. The staff was great and the hotel is located in a beautiful quiet area in downtown. We parked at City Hall which was super close and very cheap. Only issue we encountered was the elevator was very busy and we had to wait for it to go up and down 4 times before getting in, but no biggie!

We checked in late at night. The parking lot was full so we had to park far and pay $30. The reception was very rude with us and because we complained he offered to check us out at 12:30 am. There was only one elevator working for the whole hotel we had to wait about 15 min to go down from the 5th floor. Room wasn’t very clean pillows were dirty. Carpet very dirty and bathroom door lock was broken. Overall hotel over priced for nothing.

Was a nice hotel, big rooms, comfortable beds and plenty of space for everyone to stretch out nice convenient kitchen helpful staff only issue is one of the elevators was out of commission so it took quite long to go up and down. In a great neighborhood close to all restaurants and everything you need, good parking at the City Hall nearby

Location is excellent... wish the elevator was working and the balcony's need some TLC (very dirty and not usable. Other than that great property.

We booked from Aug31 to Sept2, saw kitchen flooded with filthy, oily water coming out from the sink on our first day, the housekeeper have to use a plumber to take out the water but it didn’t work so ended up more flooding because he needs to open something at the bottom of the sink .didn’t have a chance to use the kitchen coz we’re not allowed to use it, ended up eating expensive food outside, we were promised to be moved to another room, the 2nd day which never happened and the Indian receptionist instead of apologizing said we don’t have available executive room, that’s it? Could have offered any other options.so disappointed we should be compensated for the inconvenience but nothing.

Carpet is dirty, fridge is noisy, elevator is out of service.

The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. That was a great way to start our stay. The lobby and the 3rd floor hallway were very clean and modern looking. The room was comfortable. We had a great king-sized bed. There was even a balcony you could step out onto. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant. There are lots of eating options a short walk away on Elgin. Only thing to note was a constant HVAC fan sound emanating from somewhere in the building. It was noticeable in our room but wasn't coming from within the room. I'd recommend as a place to stay. Get there early to get a parking spot underground.

Excellent stay. Received a great room for a reasonable price. Room was clean and front desk was terrific. Area around was near Elgin and the canal as well. Would recommend.

The rooms are nice, clean and quite large. Within walking distance to many different places to eat and cute little stores. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience was that one of the elevators was broke, so there were some delays getting on an elevator.

Great hotel & staff, elevator was slow one wasn’t working. Staircases confusing lol?? (Gym floor doesn’t connect). Overall a good hotel!

Staff were exceptionally helpful and had wonderful stay. Clean and modern rooms. Only negative is that laundry requires coins, with no option for debit or credit card.
