An ok hotel near the Grand Ole Opry. Nice staff.

Great stay near the Grand Ole Opry, the only issue was the breakfast the eggs did not taste like real scrambled eggs, more like powdered eggs, maybe with inflation they are cutting back on real eggs, ran out of fruit juice selections, down to just apple juice, orange juice and water 😒

It was clean and smelt of cleaners. Breakfast was good with variety.

However, you can get anything you need from the front desk. It didn’t bother me or my husband and we stayed for multiple days. Would stay again.

That room had its air unit in a "closet". The unit fan was constantly on, yet the room always felt stuffy and had a musty smell. It was clear that management was aware of the smell, since there was an automatic room freshener installed in the bathroom. At the end of our 3 night stay, we discovered what may be the cause. There was some kind of dampness in the carpet between the bed and the interior wall of the bathroom. The sink was on the opposite side of that wall. My husband suspects a leak, so we left a message/suggestion the next morning to have it looked at. Hopefully, they can fix that issue for future guests.

Clean hotel. Friendly courteous helpful staff. Older hotel. No fans in bathrooms. Parking was free👍 but sometimes a challenge to get a spot. There is a distinct smell in the hotel but after the first coupla hrs you go nose blind and don’t even notice it. They didn’t come to our rooms to check if we needed garbage emptied or clean towels. No offers to change our sheets even half way through the week. Those aren’t big things though as we just had to go to the front desk and ask. They were accommodating. The breakfast was good enough,not terrible but would’ve been nice if they changed it up instead of the same thing everyday. Not complaining though. Good hotel overall

Nice charming little hotel near the opry land area. Had issues with heavy musty smell of room coming from A/C after first night, but hotel staff were very accommodating and quickly moved us to another room the next day. Staff was very helpful with shuttle info as well.

Location brings us back each time!

Stay was good. Suited our needs. The hotel is dated, but well maintained. The desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. Was a little annoyed that housekeeping knocked on the door to clean shortly before 9 despite the fact we were checking out and check out is at 10. I would have really complained if I I had not already been up! Overall, a nice facility, conveniently located with friendly staff.

This hotel is close to Opryland and convenient to attractions in the surrounding area. For the price, it’s not too bad. Certainly not a top notch hotel, but it will work if you want to be close to Opryland attractions. They do have a free breakfast and staff seemed friendly.

I'll start with what I liked about the hotel. Beyond lovely front reception. Calls were coming in, clients were trying to apply points, line up at the desk and the lovey woman kept her composure, manners and sense of humour. The rooms looked like they had recently been updated with new bedding and carpet; smaller sized rooms but given the age of the building it was anticipated. Very VERY close to Grand Ole Opry, food, shopping etc. Everything you would want.... However, I think this hotel was very crowded, someone (guest) was blaring inappropriate music in the reception area waiting for his party (bachelor?). With the rooms being updated the smell of plastic (?) or the damp A/C units were overwhelming for the first while. My daughter in the room across the way ate her pizza out in the hallway as she felt the damp/plastic smell was overwhelming. Here is the kicker though; there is a wall mounted timed air freshener. This goes off off regularly and throughout the night which woke me up even over the sound of the A/C unit. Small detail but it was an irritation. I honestly think that we were just not a good fit for this hotel; perfect for young adults or those wanting to be closer to the Nashville experience.

My stay was very pleasant. My stay was to attend a convention. The room was clean. The hotel was vry quiet and I really appreaciate the low noise level. Breakfast was good.The Entire Staff were very nice and accomodating!!

Lots of dining options in the area which is great if you don't have a car. I was able to walk to the Gaylord Convention Center which was awesome.
