Room was comfortable and vlean. Good breakfast and handy shuttle to the sirport.

We arrived late on a Thursday and stayed for less than 12 hours before heading back to the airport, so I can't give an in-depth review. Staff were excellent - shuttle bus service was timely both directions and the drivers extremely friendly and helpful. Desk staff directed us to late night dining options and held our bags in the morning while we did a quick run to Costco, which is conveniently located right across the road.

The shuttle from the airport that was supposed to come every 30 minutes took over an hour to show up. That was really frustrating after a long day of travelling.

The tv did not work. They knew when we checked in and no one told us. We don’t watch tv except when we go to bed. I can not sleep without it on so I did not sleep but a couple of hours. They didn’t seem to care when I called and asked.

Overnight stay from airport - shuttle runs twice per hour. Clean room and breakfast in morning. It is a good functional hotel - Moxies nearby does good food and is walkable

Property has been refurbished since our last stay. Close to Vancouver airport with restaurants and shopping nearby. Complimentary airport shuttle is wonderful. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

We stay here for 5 nights and they exceeded our expectations ! Even did a load of laundry for ten dollars. Skip night market we pay 40 dollars for admission and it was underwhelming. Do get compass card for easy travel to waterfront and china town. The hotel provides free shuttle to and from airport. We definitely recommend this wonderful hotel!

We only stayed overnight on our way through Vancouver to catch a flight early the next morning. It met our needs for a one night stay — comfortable bed, clean room, close proximity to airport, convenient airport shuttle, and friendly/professional staff. I found it to be a bit overpriced, but so are most hotels these days. Breakfast was average.

Due to global computer problems our flight was cancelled and we couldn't get to Vancouver. Are you giving any refunds or vouchers to customers because of this problem.
