Great place overall - it's exactly as expected. The only reason for a 4 star vs. a 5 is that it's not a 5-star resort. It's a comfortable, clean, nice Hampton Inn. Great location too - near many shops and restaurants!

The person checking us in was kind of mean and not helpful. I thought i booked a room with no bathtub and only a shower. But the room had a bathtub. There was film over the window and people working right outside. Very annoying. When my family checked in she asked for a suite and was told by the same person that they were full or not being used due to film on windows and workers. So i wonder who she lied to me or her. Bathroom toilet was gross. They never scrub under the rim and standing at the sink you could see this black scum. Other staff members were very nice and helpful.

This was the first hotel that I’ve actually enjoyed staying at really don’t have too much negative about it at all. Staff was wonderful no loud noises. I really enjoyed myself and I’m a very picky person so thank you.

Amazing hotel. Will def stay again if in the area. Staff provided excellent customer service. The hotel offers an amazing American Girl experience as well as Lego. Good breakfast, many options. Loved the shuttle to Southpark! Extremely convenient to Southpark area and mall.

Very spacious and cozy rooms. Coffeemaker in the bathroom was a bit strange, and lack of drinking water in the room was surprising, given that most hotels offer water, or a water dispenser in the lobby. Here, there was neither. But staff is wonderful, service is good. Main lobby appears outdated, but the rooms are surprisingly well decorated and the beds are great, with decent mattresses. Will come back, definitely!

I have stayed here a few times and enjoyed this hotel but things were “off” from previous visits: I.e empty shampoo dispenser in shower, inadequate drink cup to hold a beverage (only for coffee or tea), breakfast was subpar (fresh fruit offered inadequate, now using “cheap” plastic cutlery, coffee taste was subpar.
Just not the same as to previous visit(s). I wonder if there are future plans for this hotel going forward - going more upscale.
