The hotel was horrible, mold in fridge and microwave, carpets ripped and stained. Toliet was broke. The smell was so bad.

Very much appreciated I can't thank them enough for everything. when my children and I had know place to go they took us in with out any hesitation i am very thankful for them and the staff are very much appreciate it too make sure we had what we needed make sure we were okay thank y'all so much I would highly recommend them

Room had odor, most light switches didn't work, sink leaks under bathroom counter, refrigerator had over spray on it from when the room was painted.the stand TV was on was missing a drawer.

Room stunk like mildew, no big towels to take a shower with had to use little towels to dry yourself with. Worst hotel stay ever.

Bedbugs in room 104. I am sorry to have to say this for others to be informed, because we actually liked the place other than that. Some people are not sensitive to bedbugs(my family was ok) but unfortunately i am, and they woke me up at 2am with bites😞. Had to go to convenience store the next day to buy Hot Shot bedbugs and fumigate the place myself, so that the second night would hopefully be ok. It was. but why can't hotels care enough to seriously treat the rooms for bedbugs? Days Inn by Wyndham is one of the worst offenders with bedbugs in my experience (although they are many places these days). Please do something about this problem!!!

First room didnt lock -- fortunately i found this out quickly (the easy way). Second room was OK but noisy. Staff was nice.

The place was gross and smelled. Our room was dirty. Stained beds. Food crumbs on floor and stuff even stuck to the lamp. There was no toilet paper and no phone in the room. We did not stay.

This hotel was more of a motel. It was not up to the standards of other Days Inn that we have stayed in. It is very out dated. The bathroom was in need of repairs.

Check in was quick but little to no detail. Room was dirty. Had to ask for everything and staff was unfriendly about it. Short on towels, food, and supplies . I will not stay at this one again. Beds was very stained

This property was absolutely disappointing to say the least ! The office where you check in was messy and under construction and had NO AIR ! The room i booked was full of bugs , trash , smelled like smoke (selected a non smoking room) , stained tub , and had a dirty ceiling . The next room they tried to put us in was just as terrible as the first . It smelled like smoke , was very unclean and had trash and crumbs all over the floor . They had no more places to put us , which was fine . The receptionist was not going to refund me $100 deposit and was rude about giving the refund . The whole property was trashy and unclean . There were rooms piled with junk , one even had the air unit pulled out leaving a huge hole in the wall . Do not book here ! Take your business and money elsewhere !

Luckily we only stayed 1 night. This place is filthy. The pool was green. The carpet in the room was sticky because it was so dirty. There was roaches running up the walls.

Stay was ok. Just wanted a place to shower and lay our heads. Bath towels were ragged and falling apart. Door to toilet and shower would not latch. Not enough wash cloth. Tub drain real slow. Shower deverter did not want to stay put. What do you expect for $100 a night

Wet washcloth left by the bed. Trash can had no liner and the bottom was covered in wet ashtray decor. Carpets badly stained (possible murder scene?) My fault though, I knew it was too low priced.

THE WORST. If you can please save yourself the time and book somewhere else. Changed the room thrice, still smelled horrible. There were roaches. The receptionist was good she offered me her best but it was last and I've been driving the whole day so did have the energy to move to a different place, but as soon as I woke up I ran! Also TERRIBLE breakfast! Please never even THINK about booking this place!!

This hotel is rundown and I will not recommend this to anybody. Do not waste your money and book this, when I arrived, I had to go check out my rooms in order to see if it was nice enough or clean enough for me. The first room I was told to go check out, had mold on the carpet on the walls on the chair, and it stunk. The second room was stained, and the sheets and bedding look like it hasn’t been changed in the last 10 years. This hotel desperately needs a remodel. The swimming pool was so green, I chose to receive my money back and went book another hotel.

Everyone was nice, first and foremost. And being that we're in the south, near the beach, I can forgive a few bugs. But these were HUGE palmetto bug roaches! EVERYWHERE! Crawling around the breakfast area! None of the employees were.ogased so I KNOW it's a common thing.
Carpet in the room was DISGUSTING- torn, stained, mildewy. Some bug was building what looked like a nest in the ceiling above the shower. The "floorboards" were patched with plastic grocery bags.
The beds were clean, surprisingly and we needed a place to stay so we dealt with it. Never. Never. Never again.

The most most disappointing aspect was the smell of a cigarette and the cigarette butts laying outside the door in the corridors. The rugs were dirt y but the overall state was pleasant The staff was very pleasant and accommodating

Absolutely disgusting! Our "non-smoking" room smelled like smoke. Cigarette burns on the tub and sink. Broken room door latch. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Broken lamp. Very thin blanket barely covered the bed and did not provide warmth. Stained carpet. Dirty walls.

When we got there the room smelled like smoke. It was supposed to be a non smoking room and it smelled like walking into a bar. We ended up getting air fresheners for the room. No one came to the room to refresh towel or anything else . We had to go down to the front desk to get towels. We had a mountain of towels sitting in our room by the time we left We were only in the room to sleep and shower pretty much. So it was some place to lay our head but I wouldn’t stay there again. One of the worst places I ever stayed.

It was okay (for one night). Room seemed mostly clean but hot water took forever to heat up. No coffee in room and all the breakfast was 90% carbs. Location was convenient.

I ended up leaving and getting a different hotel even though they would not give me a refund. Place was beyond disgusting, staff was rude, and door locks were broken.

They should take more pride in the conditions of the rooms. Our first room had a horrible smell, floor looked like they were changing oil in the room, toilet wasn’t working, but after reported. They did make up for it and put us in a better room.
