Staff very helpful

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. I’ll stay here again if I ever come back to Nantes.

Great customer services and bang right in the centre, you can get anywhere you need to literally on foot. Public transport very easily accessible too

The apartment itself is lovely. However, in the summer there is no AC, which makes it very uncomfortable. The noise from the main square also means that keeping windows open is a challenge. I had 4 young men smoking and chatting loudly outside the bedroom window until around 1:30am!!

It was tidy, close to town and clean - prompt service.

The start if the Velodyssee for us in Nantes. Lovely hotel, delicious breakfast, very friendly staff.

The staff are always welcoming. The hotel is charming and fabulously located. Our room was small. We probably should have reserved a larger room. That said, we had everything we needed. If you are driving and parking at one of the parking lots the hotel suggests, do your research or ask the hotel exactly where to enter the parking. It’s not as easy as you might think ! Nantes is truly amazing. You just need to find your parking spot 🙂.

Great boutique hotel

We stayed in a suite. The hotel was perfectly situated in a very pedestrian friendly area. The sites we wanted to see were mostly in walking distance. The hotel was only two blocks away from the tram stop, which by the way is free on weekends! The hotel staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay Maison de Monde in Nantes.

Location was good but when we walked into building, too dark..we need to look for light. Room has no view and dark. Bed was too small.

Pleasant rooms but compact. Limited natural light in room and bulbs provided soft light, so was a little on dark for working. A shelf in the bathroom wouldn’t have gone amiss. Nice hotel and well situated and pleasant staff.

Location of the Amsterdam apartment is fantastic, overlooking the fountain and directly above the Hermes store. Apartment was well equipped

Though it was noted, the ability to park a vehicle is a little difficult. The closest garage is about 3 blocks away. Getting within the pedestrian zone requires a code and not all areas have a terminal to enter a code. Keep that in mind.

Both the room and the breakfast restaurant are cute

Beautiful hotel in a perfect part of the city.

Nothing to say, everything very well organized. Maybe having a small fridge in the room will make an improvement.

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was tastefully styled, spacious and had good facilities. Very close to everything in town, staff were helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable.

My only real comment would be the sofa - rather uncomfortable and needs replacing. Other than that all very good, very clean and staff lovely.

Had a great stay as usual , bathroom could do with a bit of an upgrade as toilet seat was wobbly & sealer on outside of shower door bit groggy. I have stayed many times & this has & will continue to be my preferred choice of hotel lovely staff

Location is great! Close to the train station and also within walking distance to many boutique stores, churches, markets, and restaurants. Decor is nice - very chic and modern. Rooms are average size, the shower and hot water were awesome, especially during the winter. The cleaning staff, chef/cook, and driver(s) were all very nice. The front desk though, it depends on who you get and if they are having a good day. I think their customer needs to improve - a lot. Traveling from long distances, customer service is important. I had no heat in my room and their initial response was there was nothing they could do for me. Very disappointing. They're just not very friendly or accommodating. I would stay here again for the location but if the front desk staff can improve their attitude they would get a higher rating.

Wonderful location with many amenities and lots of space. We would stay with them again but in a room that does not require stairs to the top floor.
