Everything was in working order, the beds were reasonably comfortable, and the staff was always very nice. Unfortunately, housekeeping was subpar - under beds had not been vacuumed in a long time, stray hair and small debris in the bathroom.
The main issue is that I woke up in the night with a bug crawling on me. Though I don’t THINK it was a bedbug, I am unsure, and the risk is daunting. I could not sleep peacefully nor enjoy the remaining hours visiting with my daughter because we had to run out to purchase treatment then spray and bag all our belongings. (We also had deal with “ clean up” to avoid cross contamination when we got home.).
I was told by the receptionist that we would hear from someone from the motel the next day, but four days later there has been no contact.

We have stayed here many times before and always had a good experience. It may have just been that room, handicap with roll-in shower. The room smelled musty and was very humid. The bathroom floor flooded while showering. I will stay here again but not that room.

Great value. Good place if you’re looking for something cheap to spend the night. It has a great location. Close to the university. Parking is very easy . It is not a good place if you want to hang around the hotel room for an extended time. If you’re picky About things and want great customer Service, this is not your place. If you just want a place to lay your head and sleep for a few hours without costing a fortune this place is perfect.

The bathroom and bedding was clean.
BUT the surfaces in the room were not clean at all nor did the carpet look vacuumed.it put me in the mind set of someone forgetting to clean and no one checking behind them.
Thankfully I have always brought cleaning supplies with me so I thoroughly cleaned and sprayed before settling in.
The window was not fully secured but we were on the 2nd floor.
A little deodorizer would have been helpful also to neutralize the old cooked food smell that was in the hallway of the 2nd floor.

Overall is a decent hotel. It’s older. Quiet there was older in the room so I had to buy spray to refresh it to book an extra night went to the front desk clerk She had an attitude and rude other than that desert.

Room was expensive due to soccer game that weekend. For the cost of $200 a night we were met with a cigarette burned bed cover, crickets in room, stuffy hallway, no iron, room wreaked of cigarette smoke, and couldn’t figure out the shower head. Lady at the front needs further customer service training. Wasn’t nice or helpful. Definitely will not be a returning client.

Staff was very friwndly and very helpful. Our tv rwmotw wouldnt work so the desk clerk went above and beyond to accommodate us.

I didn't want a smoking room so room stunk, bedding had cigarette burns and stains, bathtub rail was broke

I traveled with my three small children and it did for just staying the night. We could here everything and then for breakfast there was no room fo us to sit so we ended up leaving. Also it wasnt even 11am to check out and we left to get breakfast and came back and they were already cleaning the room.

This is a budget hotel. Bathroom could use remodeling. Small room, comfortable bed. Quiet. Easy to get to/from hotel. Restaurants are within walking distance.

When we got to the room it had a terrible damp smell. Hallway was hot. Breakfast was very very limited. It is a place to lay your head down at night only.

Cockroaches! We were there for family weekend, stayed because it was one of the cheaper, but the roaches caused us to take it off the list of places to stay. Truly saw roaches on our walls.
