Staff are very professional, we arrived early morning but staff allowed us to hold our luggages. The hotel is in the center of Madrid, within walking distance of every place you want to go. I will stay again and will recommend to friends and family.

The hotel has the best location you can ask for right. The hotel is a little old styled, and there’s wheels under the bed. Apart from that, I had a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and speaks English

I have never given such bad comments to any hotel in my live so far. But this hotel definitely disappointed me. May be it's my mistake. I did not have time to go through other guests reviews before booking it. Hotel is in excellent location, however, all others facilities are bad. Yes, room is very old style wall paper with stains, door handle broke. I was given first to a room 11 at first, but the corridor light did not on and toilet lights are too dark, like haunted house, I travelled alone, I feel unsafe. Request to change, then got room 31. Well, it's better, but still not pleasant. Door handle is half way broke, bedside lights are not function properly untill I adjusted it to certain position the light could turn on. My second last stay was disaster, no hot water supply at 7'c - 12'c temperature for 1.5 days! Front desk staff always updated it will be fixed few hours later, but it turned out 1.5 days of the whole building guests had no hot shower in such cold weather. I wanted to cancel my last day booking but they refused refund. Even called Expedia agent to assist. Met some guests at lobby they also expressed the same, no hot shower we all felt cold! I finally caught a cold before I leave this hotel. The whole property honestly need to renovate, it is just too old and should not be classified as 3 star. Other 3 stars hotel around it are much nicer in lobby and room. Anyway, bad experience of my stay. Do not recommend to others if you have choice.

Es una excelente opción para estar en el corazón de Madrid. En la habitación tienes aire acondicionado y calefacción, una pequeña área bastante funcional para poder trabajar. Las camas no son tan cómodas.

La ubicación es buena como punto estratégico las camas no son cómodas y tiene poca iluminación.

Boarded up and graffiti windows on the ground floor. Then it got worse. Dated, Dilapidated and Dirty interior. Website pictures are fake or not representative of bedrooms and reception. Does not meet the minimum standard of a 3 star hotel. Left the hotel room after 30 seconds and book another hotel down the road. I think that says volumes. I did not get the requested refund for any of the days, not even the room taxes which are only payable if you stay. Clearly not honest people and deliberately misrepresent the hotel in the add.

great location right next to gran via, also great kareoke bar right in front which closes at 3 am. Also 1 min walk to some great tacos, long line to get in but worth it.

Bathrooms has mold in the tiles and tv didnt work had to pay to use a safe

The only downside of the hotel is the outside noise which happened a couple of times due to drunkards on the street, but this is no fault of the hotel and it is a consequence of being so centrally located.

The allocation is exceptional There are many facilities arround the hotel food, Cellphone stores, groserías restaurante is near to the main place in Madrid.

You get what you paid for. I mean it’s comfortable and hugely convenient location wise! It’s quite dated and would need some taking care to bring it to the 21st century but nothing is bad!

Excellent location, hotel has all the basics snd it is clean. Has elevator which is a plus.

First of all as requested by email earlier we did not get early check in. No worries. When we did check in one twin bed had a lamp that kept falling on my sons head everytime he turned around. No way to remove it. Front desk who checked us in did not know a word of english and did not try to help. Requested late checkout was denied. Car park ofcourse we had to pY a ton which was fine. There was no cups to drink water. Nothing at all in the rooms No coffee or tea kettle Breakfast was AWESOME:-( Just bread and coffee Nothing else at all. Nothing- no juice, no fruit no yogurt no egss. So dont get fooled and pay more for Breakfast included price. Very noisy all night . Noisy in evening when the cleaners were making bed on the next floor we could hear all the bed movings etc. Could not rest. I would NEVER recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in our opinion not anything like a 3 star hotel. The service was terrible. The reception staff were unfriendly. Breakfast in cafe across the road was only toast or pastry with one cup of tea or coffee. The decor in the hotel is in need of an update and the whole hotel is badly in need of a complete renovation. There is no available guest toilet in the foyer and we were advised that the toilet was in the cafe across the road. The location is the only part that we could recommend.

Not so good. Room 36 : walls were dirty, aircon did not work and hair dryer was faulty. No coffee facility. I don't understand why it is listed as a three star hotel when the other 3 star hotels that we stayed at in Spain were so pleasant.

My friends and I came to visit Madrid for a weekend. This location was perfect for our purposes. It was a short walk to the major tourist sites, and an even shorter walk to the gay bars. The hotel had everything we needed. We were even able to park on the street out front one night, but then parked in a garage a block away the other two nights. I enjoyed everything about this place and was glad we chose it.

The hotel was more like a one star than a three star hotel. The room we were given , number 21 was so seedy and more like somewhere you would take a prostitute to.unlike the bright colored rooms on the website. The staff were miserable. For breakfast, we were given a ticket to take down the street to a cafe where the choice was tea/coffee and a croissant or toast. Not what we expect from a continental breakfast. The decor was so shabby it was hard to decide if it was clean. The bed sheets and towels were clean. Someone had drawn a swastika outside our room which wasn't cleaned off and there was other stains. Also there was a lot of stains up the walls in our room , like someone had sprayed fizzy drinks over it. The most positive thing was the location. It was very central for sightseeing around Madrid.
