Picked here as needed airport shuttle, but was informed at check in shuttle doesn’t start as early as we needed so ended up ordering an Uber

the hotel in general was good. the staff Brenda, the shuttle driver, and the service was great at breakfast. the only problen with this stay, and at this hotel is the fact they put me on the third floor. i am on a walker,cane and i requested a down stairs floor room. all of there handicaps are on the third floor.. why would you put people with disabilities on the third floor, where only one elevator is working and in case of fire or any other danger they couldn't get to the lobby. this is not a safe hotel for peoplke with disabilites at all.

This property is close to the airport and affordable. Its old and not well kept but not horrible. One elevator was broken. The front desk person said some crazed guest tried to open it with a crowbar. That didn't make me feel great. We had to walk a long way to get to the side elevator. You can tell they remodeled the place at some point but the upkeep was not great. The bed was comfortable, the bathtub was old and stained but I didn't get bedbugs and the heat worked. We only stayed 2 nights and had a super early flight and that is why I stayed here. They had free breakfast that is typical. Not bad, not fabulous. They played great music in the lobby and our car was not broken into so all in all it was fine.

We booked the executive suite for a 2-night stay. It was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good but the 2nd morning they ran out of sausage before 9:00am. Also, there was no coffee. One of the hallways (123-133) stunk like weed at one point.

Room had some issues. Water pressure was non existent. The bathroom door was broke and wouldn’t shut all the way. The mattress had a deep sinking hole in it. Disappointing for a La Quinta. Wouldn’t stay at that location again.

Good location, comfy beds and spacious rooms. Parking lot was noted to be unsafe and have frequent break ins, shattered car window glass all over parking spots. Rooms were updated but bathtub and shower had some unappealing rust

Convenient to the airport, but condition was lacking. The outside door by my room does not close, so anyone can enter without a key. Bathroom tub was rusty and just didn’t feel clean. I found out the day of arrival that the elevators were not working.

Good hotel at AUS but 2 issues. 1) Elevator was broken and no effort made to fix or accommodate guests. 2) shower head only had one setting which was "needles". So hard, couldn't use shower Shower head should allow multiple settings.

We noticed that the room initially smelt musty and damp but didn’t realize until later when our bags were soaking wet that the shower was leaking into room so the carpet was soaking wet. This was definitely not a new problem either, the wall had mold, the wall molding was peeling off and the carpet looked rotten.

While the hotel room was clean and the staff was very friendly, the path needed to get to the 5th floor was a little ridiculous as one the elevators was out of order so we could only go to the 3rd floor with the working one then had to traverse 2 flights of stairs and walk all the way to the other side of the hotel. Other than that things were fine for our stay.

No one was at the front for almost 30 minutes to check in and then on my way to my room I got trapped in the elevator, with no one answering the emergency phone or when I called the front desk and when I finally got to my room the AC was blowing hot air.

Our room smelt like a wet dog. Our floor was soaking wet. Went down to the lobby to get a blank was greated with a blank stare and then told if they could find one they would bring it. The nice lady who checked us in delivered a blanket later. When she arrived i told her about the smell and wet floors she changed our rooms. She promptly changed our room, that one smelt like moldy also. Check out was easy. Beds were comfy. Our complimentary shampoos were used and barely had anything in them. Overall... not a recommeded hotel.

We had reserved 2 rooms. First room had no Air conditioning. They told us there were no other rooms available. That they were totally booked. The elevator to our tower was broken. We were on the 5th floor. One of our party was physically challenged. They refused to offer a different room for him. After they inspected the non-working a/c room. They amazingly found us a different room. This room had working A/c but the condensation drain for the air conditioning unit was leaking on the carpet soaking the floor on the outside of one bed. We were exhausted by this point., We stayed our three night but will not return and will not recommend. I have stayed at many La Quinta Inns. This was very disappointing. I am glad it was just two men and not my family. They did get the elevator fixed the next day.

Our first room smelled heavily of cigarettesl smoke and they switched us easily enough. The 2nd room had a hairdryer that was broken and we were near the street, so traffic noise could get louder than expected. Decent hotel but it needs a little TLC.

Our room faced the highway cars and trucks all night.
I was charged city and state taxes. The was a dead bug in cabinet under sink in sitting area. Also one broken light bulb. However when l call about TV not working someone came and fixed it. No maid service but you could to get what you needed and put garbage can outside door to be empty.
