clean property with great staff

Room was comfortable, but it was the closest one to the highway and there was a lot of loud vehicles and motorcycles running up and down the highway all hours of the night.

Breakfast could be improved

The staff was amazing but this property allow smoking and drink by the pool this why feel unsafe specilay when you have kids

Staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating!!!! The conditions of the property were far from luxury. It was disappointing from what online showed to the actual property. Breakfast was a quarter sized bagel in a breakfast bag. Only whole milk (my son is allergic) and no flavored coffee creamers. My door to my room had a massive gap under it, which I fixed by putting a towel under it. The pool area had torn patio furniture and no shade since the umbrellas were all torn. Again, Margaret was incredibly kind and gracious. It’s just not what I expected from the online reviews and website.

This is advertized as a luxury hotel. This is NOT a luxury hotel. Also its not a hotel, its a MOTEL. Maybe at one time it was luxurious? But it has not been maintained. The price is right, although, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. It should be specified that hot breakfast is only on weekends. The place looks fairly pleasant from the outside, and the lobby is cute. My room had dark hair in the shower and the floors. I don't have dark hair. The entry door handle was broken and would only open by pushing it up, not down. The doors had dirty hand prints and dark marks on the edges like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The microwave was propped up on top of the fridge. The sheets were clean, i think...i hope.. but had stains. I went downstairs to grab a snack, but the vending machines only had pretzels, and peanut butter crackers and Dr.Peppers.

Our stay was good. The rooms were beyond our expectations and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

Outdated and door wouldn't lock kyst the chain latch and could see under the door whenever someone parked by room could see the car lifhts under the door had to place a towel to block the lifhts n bugs from going inder door

they gave are room to other customers and the customer service is terrible

Our stay could have been a lot better. The pool was never cleaned. Breakfast was a joke… they only had meat options and syrup on the weekends. My husband said the coffee tasted like dirt and water. The bed was hard as a rock and creaked if you moved. It took 2 days to get clean towels and they didn’t even give us enough to start with. I would honestly look somewhere else next time!

Great experience. Very clean rooms and plenty of good stores and restaurants around the area. Would definitely stay again

Will always stay here!!

Adequate for a place to rest my head, but not where’s I’d stay for comfort. “Boutique” is wildly misleading. Lobby service was slow and not attentive. WiFi info was ONLY displayed in lobby, no indication of ice of vending location. Continental breakfast was Value sized communal cereal boxes and gallon jugs of milk and orange juice - while staff sits behind Covid barriers. Rooms are large, motel style. I was in rm 106, ground level. I had several missing floor tiles and small holes in the curtains which only barely covered the windows when closed and mirror placement allowed you to see AROUND curtains. The dresser was an old entertainment unit with the mount removed. A mini fridge sat where a W/D used to be, clear from the horribly patched hole of a dryer vent hose. The room had a bathtub, but no plug meant it was shower only and the pipes were loose. On the plus side, the mattress was comfortable and the Roku TV was ideal for me to log into my accounts.

hotel was not as nice as it seemed in the pictures, but the bigger problem was that i had to wait 10 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk.

There was better options to watch shows. The staff was friendly and the hotel was beautiful overall

The staff is GREAT!! It's very close to the Fort Cavazos military base, so close you can hear when the Taps early in the morning and later in the evening. The facility is very nice, clean and well kept. I will definitely stay here again.

A very, nice property to stay at felt very safe the whole time

The owners are very gracious and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay extra special. On the weekend they held nightly events with music and movies, and each morning they served a very nice breakfast. Rooms are being renovated and are very large (twice the size of a typical room). Ours had an entryway sitting room. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were clean and soft.

The staff has done admirable things to this building. They have made this an easy and convenient place to stay while Visiting friends on post.

Great place to stay. Loved the atmosphere, the Pool, and hot tub. Excellent carrying staff and host. I will stay again in the future.

The motel is old and going through some remodeling which made the rooms a bit strange. Our room had one door leading to an unfinished utility hallway with air ducts. The furniture was old and chipped. Our room lacked a hair dryer and cups. Things were generally clean, except for the unfinished hallway. But the hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant and even did my laundry for me. The breakfast was also very good.

Easy to get to

I wanted to love this place so much! The family that owns it is very nice. The room was huge, more like a small apartment. The bed was comfortable. I got locked out of my room twice. The second time the batteries had to be replaced in the lock. Also the showerhead came just to my shoulder, making it impossible to use it to wash my hair. If you're taller than 5 feet, you will be uncomfortable. There's not much parking. The building looks like it's under constant renovations and there was hardly ever anybody in the lobby. You have to call them if you need something.

I liked that the room did not have carpet, but a nice wood Laminate floor. This hotel is undergoing remodeling. There were obvious patched areas on the walls. The buffet was out of waffle mix and no ice machines avaiable.
