The place was very nice, i think there should be a bar to hold on to in the shower. I enjoyed my stay.

It was comfortable

I wasn’t given the room I booked! I was given a smoking room that smelled like cigarettes! I was in there three minutes with my daughter and couldn’t breathe properly! A total of about ten minutes in the room my chest started hurting with every breath! I couldn’t breathe the phone in the room didn’t work! Called the front desk and he said he has some spray, he came with a bottle of blue solution! I told him we cannot stay in that room or I would be in the hospital soon! The ventilation was horrible the system on the wall didn’t work and had a thick layer of black dust (looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in twenty years). Very disappointing I will never book a hotel in Ridgeland ever again! I learned my lesson with that! The hotel and restaurant industry is plummeting and has plummeted!!! All down hill from here! Please find somewhere else to stay!

Came in late lady at desk was super friendly and helpful, lobby was clean and nice. Clean comfortable beds,clean bathroom. Breakfast was basic but hot and fresh. Coffee could definitely use some work though.

Upon arrival my husband asked if perhaps we could upgrade to a larger room since our grandchildren came with us. The male clerk explained that there weren't any other rooms. A female immediately began speaking to him in a foreign language about our request. This made me uncomfortable. Our room was described as having 2 queen beds. The beds were double and not queen. It was also described as accommodation for 4, yet there were only two sets of towels. We had to request towels amd tissue. There was s smell of Marijuana in the elevator and hall.There was a ring around the bathtub. Although the room appeared clean we noticed a roach climbing the wall. With the exception of the female at the registration desk on our arrival, the staff was cordial. It was a pleasant stay regardless.

It was a nice stay for a short trip. Breakfast was simple but good.

What I like was they had breakfast for us to eat.When they ran out of breakfast when you come down to eat and everything was mostly gone and when I ask them to put out more food they got an attitude!And breakfast wasn’t even over yet.So I want be staying there anymore.

The lobby and breakfast area were not clean. The tables were nasty, garbage can filthy and the floor was smeared. The bathroom by the breakfast area needed attention. There were no paper towels to dry your hands.

Halls smelt like a weed factory. Room had bad smells and dirty sheets

The only disappointment was I couldn’t get NBC to watch the night football game. The station kept going to CW. I had to go out to watch that night game.

I felt very comfortable and safe staying at this location. Staff is amazing.

The room was located where I had requested. The property was clean. The staff wasn't rude, but they don't greet you with a hello or anything when you come to their front desk. The tub was very dangerous for my wife and I; it was very slippery when I stepped in, I immediately fell it seemed as if it had been overly glazed. The first night when we got to the room the key wouldn't open the door and after three trips back to the front desk it worked. The key would not work when we returned to the room after going out each day it was very frustrating to have to go to the front desk to get it programmed.

Great stay! I stayed here because I was going to a convention in Ridgeland. I couldn’t get a reservation at the convention hotel. This hotel was half the price of the convention hotel but only 2 minutes away. I checked in and walked in my room. It smelled so clean! I checked the beds and the sheets were spotless. The bed was comfortable and the pillows so nice. I reserve a handicapped room, which at most hotels I’ve stayed in doesn’t include anything helpful. This room had a shower chair and metal rails by the toilet and shower. If you’re disabled I’d definitely recommend staying here. I didn’t eat breakfast here so I can’t comment on it. Parking was well lit at night and safe. The only thing I didn’t like was the coffee pot but it was the same as most hotels.

The front desk staff was attentive and polite. We were in town for my father-in-law’s so probably not at our best but they never made us feel that we were asking/needing too much.

The hotel and room accommodations where fine. The weather was great for the LSU/Mississippi State football game. Breakfast on Sunday morning was great.
