Decent one nite stay near all amenities. Good price. Nothing to dislike really.

I didn't stay there and when i asked for a refund i had no reply, so will probably never use your platform again

Great place of a sidestreet, little cafe next door but location for shops restaurant etc great.

Paid extra for a double bed, only got two singles 😡 Got put next to the lift that you can hear going up and down. You have heard others say about the loud night life. I must have been on the other side, all I got was a noisy school a church bells going off every 15min

Ok hotel for the price. Pool area nice. Room surprisingly quiet being right next to the lift. Whole place desperately in need of refurbishment though.

The property is in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very tired and our bedroom window opens into a central void which means you can literally hear everything others with similar rooms are doing. Overall it was ok for the money paid.

A well kept and managed hotel in a busy central location but remarkably quite at night.

Excellent location, helpful staff, good breakfast. Single room basic but fine for the price. Only issue was lack of hot water. Also hard pillows but that's a matter of taste.

In a excellent location, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy hotel and room. Downside are the pillows are like concrete slabs and the lift makes a horrendous noise!! Very poor nights sleep.

Nice hotel for the price. The room was very simple, however clean and comfy. No air condition, but it was not too hot. We did not take breakfast, so I cannot say anything about it. The stuff was extremely nice and really helpful - recommended us the places to eat (and it was marvelous), he also help us with wine opening. The location is also in the city center so it is close to almost everything.

I often stay here in a single room. Sometimes I am given an interior room and otherwise a room with an exterior outlook but always comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. The location is perfect.

I had to change a room next day after arriving.There was constantly noise from the roof side and communal area (teenagers). The second room, actually bathroom had an issue as well, water on the floor every day, I guess from the sink. I was tired to ask for anothe one and move my staff again. The hotel accommodate many families so the pool is quite busy, not too much chance to swim because is very small. Overall stay was ok, but I wouldn't book the hotel again.

The hotel is very well located, 1 min from Plaza Charco, 10 mns from Martianez or Playa Jardin. Many rstorants around, Breakfast is super good for the cost of 5 euro. Gorgeous views from the terrace, good pool. Will definately come back if stay in Puerto de La Cruz. Thanks!

It would be a good idea for the management to put a sign in each room reminding guests that there are other guests around and to keep their voices down. On 3 occasions we had to tell other guests to quieten down as they were shouting into their cellphones, or sitting outside the rooms having conversations at the top of their voices - on one occasion at 3.40am. Makes for an uncomfortable situation and hard to sleep also.

Excellent value for a well located hotel in pedestrianised area of Puerto. Easy walk to the harbour, the Lido and many bars, restaurants and shops.

great hotel in a beautiful location next to two black sand beaches and lots of restaurants. the staff at the hotel are amazing speak English and are incredibly helpful. right next to the strip of clubs/bars hiwever the hotel is far enough for you not to hear any noise. obly complaint would be that the church bells ringing are a bit annoying but if you sleep with the windows closed you will be fine.

We had a large group of fifteen year old running up and down the corridors from 2am until 3.30am. The hotel did nothing despite us complaining. I would not stay here again. Avoid the breakfast at all cost.

This hotel is in the center of everything.No hills to climb and right by the square and lots of restaurants and stores.About a 10 minute walk to the bus terminal which is up hill.Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Eggs, fruit, yogurt, cheese, meats, buns, juice, lots of choice.Staff were all great and the cleaning ladies were the best.There is no air conditioning but I was there in April and the weather was perfect. They have fans if you ask for one.

The hotel was clean and right in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz.The staff were most helpful.We were given a room that had a balcony which was nice to sit out and have a little lunch.

Excellent location, the balcony was unexpected bonus. The breakfast was hit and miss, bacon and sausages should be a standard everyday.

This hotel was handy to everything so no car needed. Loved the pool on the roof very relaxing and quiet. Only problem I had was lack of aircon and no window to outside it was one of four making a square area which ran up the inside of the hotel.... could hear the couple in the room across the way....noisy

A desk in the room and a kettle would be good

This hotel is very well situated, right in the heart of Puerto Cruz and yet quiet as it is on a pedestrianised street. My single room was quite basic, but clean and good value for a budget price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We opted to have our meals out, as there is so much choice in the town of good restaurants and food prices are so reasonable. Puerto Cruz is a lovely town, and a great base for getting around the north of the island. We hired a car, but didn't really need it as the bus network is so good!

Some awful rooms pokey and dark can't even see the sky not where you want to be on holiday when there are lots in town with balconies
