It was okay. We saw a roach. Other then that it wasn’t that bad.

Rooms are dirty, furniture is worn down, hot water takes over 10 minutes just to get to luke warm. You pick places like this because of the kitchenette, but it does not come with cookware and eating utensils. I asked the front desk for it, and she tries to scrapes together a few dirty items. The fridge barely works, and there is no ice machine at this property. The so called included breakfast is just mini muffins that are dry and cakey with the most sour coffee you've ever tasted. I wasn't expected the Hilton, but the quality is ridiculous. Motel 6 would have been a step of this. Please don't waste your money.

Payed a whole night but Stayed for about 2hrs the place had roaches!! Nope never again, I was on the 4th floor, the front desk lady was courteous

Beware of the creepy crawlers.
I did not too much enjoy my stay a family of 5 while is a decent space the experience was quite revolting. I seen numerous roaches within my room and the hotel lobby by the coffee setup. The rooms don’t come with the cook wear and utensils you have to call to inquire and then go retrieve it yourself. And don’t let it “too late” at 6:30pm or you’ll be hungry till the next day. Then there was a fire and a flood the broke out @ 3am on the 3rd floor and the staff was very frantic and unprofessional in leading residents through the process. Has us waiting for about an hour and a half outside. Residents had to take action inquiring about when we can go back inside to the fire officials.

I booked a 2 bed room and got a single bed room. Check in person was rude and unhelpful. Rooms were dirty and bathroom light did not work.

Pretty average. The one thing that threw us off was the advertised “breakfast”. It is not at all. Just coffee and store bought muffins, and served at the table in the lobby.

This was the worst place i’ve stayed. the tv in room was broken they would replace it give me a different room. i called them out cause i went on hotels com and it showed 6 rooms available after that they magically called saying they found a room 111 that room had ants everywhere the ac was moly and broken the drive too was full of rust and the tv didn’t even have a remote to see if it worked what a joke. I ended up having to go to my office to get a tv anyways horrible experience in just saying this so hopefully it saves someone having a horrible night

Front desk is not there always. I have to wait them at least a few minutes. Room space is good and storage is good. But no complementary shampoo is ready I have to ask for it at the front desk.
Shower curtain is not clean.
Hair dryer is not there.

ZERO STAR REVIEW!
The hotel has extended a FULL REFUND for my stay on August 17th. Reason being most pertinent electrical outlets in the room were INOPERATABLE. I rented a car to come here and work on my laptop but the desk lamp to the table in the room did not work, I changed the light bulb it still didn't work then I check another electrical outlet in the room and it didn't work either. I COULD NOT WORK ON MY LAPTOP IN THE DARK. They are waiting on Expedia to call and they will give me a full refund.

I encountered 2 cockroaches, the room smelled of weed upon arrival and the shower head had a leak. That being said the stay was perfectly fine though. My girlfriend and I were not disturbed. Sheets were clean, bathroom was stocked and everything else worked as intended. I'm used to things of the sort so it was easy to find workarounds and the staff was very receptive to hearing about the problems with the room. I'd stay here again

We booked two rooms and were accommodated in two floors. Both rooms had cockroaches. Check in took a long time because only one computer worked and they were understaffed. We had to wait a bit for our rooms to be ready after check in time.

I was not in my room 30 minutes before I found carpet bugs all in the room, in the sink, crawling on the toilet seat and in the shower. There was fake eye lashes stuck to the mirror in the bathroom. There is more to this location then what is being said about it. Don't stay here.

We are in a family trip. We check in at this hotel for 1 night. At first they gave us room at the 2nd floor. Elevator is dirty and smelly the room has the same smell. AC is not working I have to call customer service to check on it. They said they will transfer us to a different room. They move us to 3rd floor same room was smelly and the bathroom lights are broken. The bed sheets smell bad and the furniture inside looks old and broken. I was planning to move to a different place but my husband said he’s tired and he wants to rest. Overall I will never choose to place ever again.

This place is horrific. They have a ton of roaches. Didn’t say annnnything. Them roaches was coming out like million man march in that mf. Had to go through Expedia for refund for the second day. They only had coffee for the grab and go breakfast. Its rusted all over the room. It need to be shut down immediately. All those roaches didn’t make no since. Big ones, little ones , medium ones ugh. Plumbing leak made ceiling paint sag down in bathroom. Fridge door was filthy and there was loud stomping all hours of the night. Front entrance gate was stuck and people observed doing drugs in parking lot. They should condemn this place.

The property resembled an SRO in San Francisco poorly cared for seeming to due to the need of housing all treated as addicts not allowed to room above 2-3rd floor I say this because all I saw whom booked appearing to have over a few days of items all placed 2-3rd floors as if program paid for the stay all others placec 4th floor up as if a hierarchy I couldn't stay pass one night again the housekeeping is poor

Good location as far as near Oakland sites, but very rundown and right on the edge of a sketchy neighborhood. Bed was comfortable and clean, but room needs major upgrades. I've stayed in really good Extended Stays before, but this was a disappointment.

Booked a double queen room. Got there found out the didn’t have anymore. Friend had to get a separate room. We were all trying to save money on this trip. Extra room was charged at full price. We just got empty apologies. The hallway stunk really bad really upset they charged my friend full price for their mistakes. Totally unacceptable. They tried to force us to look elsewhere but it was a Friday not in the Bay Area. Thanks a lot

The hotel and rooms look NOTHING like the pictures. The room was very grungy and old. Not modern looking like the pictues. There was a funky old smell as soon as you walk into the hotel and the hallways. The carpet was old and had burn marks. The walls had paint chipped. There was no breakfast (which is included) on our last day there because they "ran out of coffee and stuff " is what the reception lady said. I will never be staying at this or probabably any Exteded Stay Hotels. Bad experience overall.
