Easy to get to from freeway
Location was bad. Lots of police activity. High price for parking. Charged more than Booking showed. Staff were not friendly or helpful.

Smooth check in with helpful staff. The hotel and rooms are lovely and clean. Ate in the restaurant and the food was yummy.

Buen desayuno, variado.
Pagar US$ 25 por estacionamiento por día en esa ubicación me pareció un abuso. Un día me cargaron desayuno siendo que estaba contratado con desayuno incluído, lo que me dí cuenta al revisar la cuenta final y reversaron dicho cargo.
No hacen las piezas todos los días salvo que uno lo solicite expresamente, lo que no está indicado como corresponde y no lo advierten tampoco.
Efectuaron cargo en tarjeta de crédito de la reserva siendo que se contrató con pago por el total en el hotel, lo que se hizo al ckeck out. Dicho cargo aún no es reversado a pesar de mis reclamos.

Friendly staff - tried to be really helpful. Comfortable beds, clean room
Stopper in Bathtub didn't work (happens in lots of hotels) When we got there reservation had been listed with last name/first name inverted. It took about 20 minutes to find the mistake and check us in. Seems like that should have been an easy fix. Had to pay $25 for parking in the lot at a disabled parking space which was outside their fenced area.

Bay view: Other hotels in Emeryville have rooms with bay view. But only this one does not have a highway in between.
Breakfast: Hot breakfast with lot of varieties, sausages, ham, egg, oatmeal, fruits, pastries, juices, etc.
Staff: Front desk and food servers are very courteous and helpful.
On-site parking is $25/night. It's a bit expensive; but other hotels there charge for parking, too, except Sheraton.

location was good for Cal games and fishing. Easy access to freeway, Bay Bridge and UCB.
Kinda industrial neighborhood, but nice bayfront walk path.

PARKING fee, but at least it was secure that you needed room key to go in n out of parking lot.

Love the location. Accessible to freeways. You can get to San Francisco, Oakland, or anywhere else in the Bay Area fairly quickly. Rooms were nice for the price point. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Lots of kickback space downstairs, and the restaurant and bar are great perks. Although we didn't eat there, we saw the portions and they are huge.
$25 a night parking was a little expensive without a parking alternative. Although I love the 14th floor, having maid handcarts sitting outside your hotel room door constantly and a weird coned off area we had to stare at everyday is a little off-putting and takes away from the appeal of the hotel. Makes it feel a little Motel6-ish.

The kitchen and restaurant staff were so polite and welcoming.
It doesn’t have room service, bell boy and you have to inform them 24hours prior to wanting housekeeping.
