Nice convenient hotel. Rooms are nice but parking is pricy, very limited in the hotel lot, and very inconvenient if the lot is full… especially if you have a moderate amount of luggage. Decent breakfast

Good location for football game at Cal Berkeley. Hotel is fine and staff was very helpful. Excellent breakfast. There is a Trader Joe's and BevMo within walking distance as well as plenty of retail shopping. The only thing the area lacks is walkable fine dining. There is an overpriced brazilian steakhouse, but other than that it's typical mall food.

Room and hotel were excellent as usual. We often stay here when visiting SF or Oakland as it's a bit outside of the bustle of the larger cities yet still very accessible to either drive or ride-share into either location. Staff is extremely friendly, rooms are clean and spacious. Parking at the hotel is somewhat limited but the adjacent parking garage is convenient, well lit, and a short walk to the hotel (literally across the street). Our 5 year old especially loves Emery the robot!

Tried to check in, but the hotel said they did not have a room for us. They thought our reservation did not start for a couple days despite me showing them our confirmation email and receipt. They felt bad but could not do anything for us. We had to find a different hotel instead. This was at 11:30pm and we were really tired. There was no compensation or help offered for the mistake. I won’t be booking through hotels.com again.

The Hotel is overall okay but Orbitz website uses a Hyatt House photo instead. Hyatt place is a completely different building next to it. Further, we booked 2 x two queens bed plus sofa bed but they only gave us one and the other King size bed plus sofa bed. Luckily my daughter cancelled going with us otherwise we don't have enough bed. Probably they saw our booking are 4 and 3 people family, but both family supposed having 2 kids. We need 3 beds for each family. I am not sure is there any price difference but the size of the rooms are different

Great location as bus stop direct to central San Francisco just outside. Nice shopping and eating places around area.

Great area in terms of shopping and dining. The only thing to note is the limited parking space on the premise. There is an option to park in the parking structure a street away, but there might be break in for overnight parking. Be aware.

Horrible experience . Staff wasn’t helpful , there were ants in the rooms even after changing there were ants everywhere. I will never stay at Hyatt Place again .

UBER costs about $40 to go into San Francisco. Hotel is very clean and modern. Free breakfast is above average.

Bed bugs in rooms. Unclean room. Unethical business dealing. Was never told about the parking fee. Credit card was charged before arriving at the hotel, when it was specifically told to not charge until stay is complete. Unfriendly staff for check out. Not like a Hyatt at all. Should be a motel 6.

The place is clean, spacious, convenient for shopping, with complimentary breakfast. Parking was a bit challenging (and a hassle to walk back and forth from the parking structure). The walls are a bit thin. While in the bathroom, I could hear the room next door talking, and their toddler running around.

Its was a very nice room. Was not aware that they charge/hold additional $200 for incidentals. Was not aware they charge for parking, which is almost a block away. TV, went out, got it to work. Went out again, repair guy came and got the screen to work but no sound. Sent him on his way at @ 10:30pm, after he was trying to fix it for over an hour. I had to be up at 4 am. Called the hotel, to dicuss this but got hung up on. Tried again, and the operator sent me to VM. I never raised my voice, never got upset. Left a message, and waiting to hear back.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and spacious, providing ample space for all of us. It was perfect for families. The service was exceptional, with the staff being both friendly and attentive. The excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great value and I would highly recommend this hotel to other families.

Amazing experience, breakfast buffet was very nice. Dining area, clean. Disposable cutlery was supplied during breakfast which is very hygienic idea. Requested for extra towels, which were supplied before arrival. Overall very comfortable stay!

A bit disappointed. Looked like this hotel had a pool and there was not one on site, especially for the price. Good breakfast. Not much available parking so had to park in the parking garage that is an additional $13/night. Nice shopping nad eating in walking distance (in the day) would not recommend walking around in this area at night.
