Great one night stay.

Clean but a bit dated. The lovely staff made this a 5 star stay!

First. We dis not like the fact that you can’t watch regular TV. You have to download an app and become a member just to watch your own stuff. I wanted to watch local news. That didn’t happened. Second. The pool was not open to the public like it was advertised. There was no privacy fence or anything to keep people from looking in and where the pool is currently located on the side of the building, felt like we were in the parking lot instead. Terrible place to put the pool in. Third. The breakfast was horrible. Powder eggs? Really? I have been to Hyatt Hotels in El Salvador and the services and accommodations are far better than this place. I’m sorry but I was disappointed

Stay here for concerts. Shuttle service super convenient. Ren at the front desk/ bar/ shuttle is super!!! Welcoming and very friendly.

Will at the front desk was awesome. We enjoyed our stay Breakfast was very good room was very nice and looked like the photo on the Hotel.com site. only improvements I would suggest is better/firmer pillows and better flushing toilets which might not be an issue in every room.

Ren was incredibly helpful and radiated customer service. He has a coworker with him who was also incredibly nice and knowledgeable but I did not catch his name. We will be back!

I'm saving this hotel as our must stay for when we're going to the Amp. Just minutes from the venue AND the hotel has FREE shuttle service!! I would suggest though, having the shuttle service available until midnight and not just 11pm. Check in was easy and Ren was THE BEST! He was also our shuttle driver and expertly knew how to navigate not only the concert traffic but also the random closing of roads around the venue. It would have been very stressful for us to navigate all of that. We were extremely grateful. This service is why we will stay at this hotel when we're in Rogers- it's the kind of guest service that sets this hotel apart from others in the area. As to the hotel itself, very nice. Easy access to the hwy. The rooms are nice. For anyone thinking of using the sofa bed though, it is what it is. Our teen son said it was more comfortable to sleep on the couch, instead of the pullout mattress. The king bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the typical continental hotel breakfast. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Thank you!

Safe and quiet.

It was easily accessible from highway

Centrally located. Easy to go out the back way and avoid some of the traffic.

The $50 pet fee was reasonable and the staff was very respectful and kind to our recent rescue. It was her first hotel trip. The room was clean and well kept. The outdoor pool was maintained. Small breakfast area but had the basics - eggs, potato, breads, juices, etc. Beds were firm but comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater in the area.

My daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was great. The hotel was clean, centrally located near all our activities and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Rat in the room. We didn't get to stay, Rodents infected, dirty rooms. We want our money back. We had to drive back home after midnight with our younger daughters.

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good and beyond my expectations.
