Nice stay!

Stayed one night of our three nights stay got up to seeing roaches in early morning hours. Staff was nice and stated they would refund us.

Check-in staff was very nice. The bed in the room was very uncomfortable. The room itself had a bad odor to it. It just smelled very old.

Our room was very clean and comfortable However there was no vanity or any type of shelf in bathroom to put your stuff Staff was great n friendly The breakfast was not good Pool was clean n refreshing

There was a lot of water damage around the window and AC unit in my room. It seemed moldy and you could see some light from around the AC unit. The front desk employees and housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The staff made my check in effortless. Great experience

Comfort Inn has become our go to place to stay in Summerville. The staff is amazing and the rooms clean and well stocked. Right off the hwy with restaurants and shopping close by.

We booked a king suite room for our weekend stay. The dining table only had one chair. The walls were peeling all over the room and bathroom. The curtains were all dirty. The sofa was dirty. The only clean thing was the bed and after walking around barefoot in the room after our showers, all of our feet turned black from the dirty carpet. It didn’t look dirty but is dark in color. Not sure how this place has the ratings it has. The bed was like a trampoline - everytime my husband rolled over it would wake me up because the bed was shaking so much and vice versa. Cheap mattress. The bedding was clean and they brought us fresh towels the first morning without us asking which was nice. It just lacked basic cleanliness. Honestly, Would not stay here again. Would rather spend more money elsewhere. We were trying to save some money and this place looked nice by the rating and pictures but the room nothing like the pictures.

My overall stay was great

Traveled to see my grandkids, it was a great stay. Only thing any of us had a complaint about was the chlorine in the pool. It was very overwhelming while swimming. Everything else was great.

I absolutely loved my stay. The Room was very clean and comfortable.

Close to highway and convenient. We went to wrong hotel at first because there was a Comfort suites and a Comfor Inn in the same section.

Check in was smooth and quick. Shopping and dining options within walking distance.

We found a few cockroaches in our bathroom, told the front desk & they were unconcerned. The remote control for the TV didn't work & told the front desk & they were unconcerned. Wallpaper was peeling in the hallways. Curtains in our room were dirty & torn. There were just 2 handicapped parking spaces close to the front entrance. The other close spaces were reserved for Comfort members. There were 2 other spaces farther from the front entrance not near the only ramp/

Clean and great helpful staff

The customer service was outstanding. Everyone was extremely nice and polite answering all my questions and helping us out. Beds were comfy and the shower was perfect nice and hot and great water pressure.
