Checked in early and our room was ready. Met 2 lovely ladies on reception who were very helpful. Bed very comfortable. Location very good and we were able to walk everywhere including out to Magdalena Beach.

Had a great stay. Very clean and good service. Cant talk to the breakfast or dining as we didn't eat there.

Enjoyed my very comfortable stay and will recommend to friends and family. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern. Location is great to city center sights and lovely walk to beaches. Staff friendly and helpful with directions.

The stay is great! We had a small inconvenience with our room bathroom having mold, but they moved us to another room promptly.

Perfect location. Clean and friendly staff. Coffee / tea facilities in room not good. Paper cups and insufficient coffee and tea and milk. But had a lovely stay

Nice comfortable hotel in central location. Helpful staff. Very reasonable prices for food and drink in the bar. Pleasant enough stay but I wouldn't quite rate it four star as building showing its age in places.
Only paper cups for tea/coffee in room but proper cups provided on request to be fair.

comfortable, clean hotel in good location near shops, bars, restaurants, sights. Liked permanent ramp at entrance, cleanliness of room. Did not like that there were no English Language News channels on TV, unappetizing food at breakfast, brightness of Bar at evening time. Very efficient check in and check out, staff in Cafe Bar very friendly and efficient. I would stay here again.

Best time I had in Spain so far more my pace I loved Barcelona and Madrid but that pace is too fast for me at this time in my life will come back and back to Silken Coliseum

Excellent location,easy parking. Spacious very comfortable room. Bonus having a kettle & tea & coffee. Quiet room. Large very comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom.
Good cafe/restaurant with good choice of dishes reasonably priced.
Friendly efficient staff.
Only negative was spurious splash mark stains on door surrounds in male toilets by reception…. floor was regularly washed and bleached but door surrounds missed…

Cracking hotel in ideal location.. 5 minute walk from bush and train station and only minutes from a great selection of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again only negative was there seemed to be no soundproofing in rooms and could hear people walking about above and below..

The property is great, well maintained and in the center of it all. The staff is wonderful. Carmen at the bar/cafe downstairs was very friendly and helpful talking about the area. She also makes great gin tonic with the local Gin. And Juan in reception was also helpful in making recommendations to visit and dine at in the area. Very friendly staff. I will absolutely recommend it and return to this Hotel in Santander for a fabulous experience.

We got great service from the front desk repeatedly during our stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, well appointed. The location was excellent for ferry and train and exploring the city center. Great restaurants, bars and cafes nearby as well as the very lovely Santander cathedral.
