Great location, convenient for everything. There are no USB ports in the hotel room. So please bring enough outlet adapters for various charging.

Stayed here one night on a quick trip to Lucerne. Property is being renovated. Clean basic rooms, beds were comfortable. good location next to bahnhof and old town. No AC presumably due to renovations, no refrigerator so when I left my Swiss chocolate in the room and came back from sightseeing it was actually so hot in the room it was melted:(
Quite expensive for product offered at this time. If you’re going to spend the money perhaps book something a bit nicer this price point.

Fantastic location! Breakfast OK. Wash cloth wasn’t replenished. Big bath tub, nice. Faced on big street and noisy even night time because of heavy traffic.

Our room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and the hotel was conveniently located near the train station, the bus station and the river. We would definitely stay here again.

Be sure you don't make the same mistake of going on a hot month. There is no AC and leaving the windows open in a busy street until late at night is not ideal. Also, it would have been great if Expedia told us that the hotel was under renovation and highlight that there is no AC. It is a high price to pay for just a hotel next to the tourist attractions.

Great location to trains.
Cozy room with no view nor AC, but hotel offered a fan to help dry the sweat .

The hotel was nice, rooms are decent. The building had lots of construction which waz annoying bc there was constant noise and no consideration for people who might want to sleep late. I was unlucky to get a room by the elevator/stairs so people are rude and loud.
Also was a little upon arrival i was enformed that i had breakfast included in my stay. I missed two days. That was unfortunate.
Overall close to station and walking around. Those are the perks.

The staff was outstanding. Very helpful and professional. Our room was too warm and the thermostat had fallen off the wall so no adjustments could be made. Open g the window led to a lot of street and crowd noise. The location was perfect.

Tour oriented hotel across from train station. Excellent site to walk or use Swiss transportation. No ac. Staff slow to respond for requests for items. Breakfast just average,

This property is currently under renovation! Why would they even be open!!! I do not want to smell paint in the corridors leading to my room. The main entrance to the hotel is closed due to the renovation. While the rooms are neat and clean, getting to your room is another situation. The floors on level 2 and 3 are covered with taped down paper. There were pieces of sheetrock laying along the hallway walls. This is not an acceptable condition for the price paid. The hotel itself is very conveniently located adjavcent to the train station. There are pros and cons: convenience versus heavy traffic - both pedetrian and vehicular - outside the hotel.

Room was great. 2 min walk from train station and Old Town. Front staff were awesome. A bit noisy with construction, but that stops during silent hours.

Looked like recent remodeling done in very good order. Everything worked perfectly. Loved the instant hot water for the wife’s bath.

Very clean hotel in a convenient location, breakfast was okay, staff were nice.
The only downside - after paying for a Premium Room, we were given a Comfort Room. The size, decor and bed were all signs that we had been given the wrong room.
Desk staff at first insisted that I had booked the comfort room. After showing that I had in fact booked a Premium Room they offered a “free upgrade” for three nights out of the four we stayed - the best they could do.
If you plan on booking here, make sure you are given what you’ve paid for.

Beausite Zermatt is easily one of the better hotels in Switzerland. The staff are both professional and quite friendly, the property is both clean and gorgeous, and Zermatt the town speaks for itself. I'll be recommending the location to everyone I know.

Good hotel right across the street from the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spare but comfortable. No air conditioning but there was a standing fan in the room. Our room faced the street and it was loud outside on the weekend

The hotel is in a good location... But that's where it stops.. Room is small, NO ac.. can get very hot on a warm day, no sheets on the bed just a comforter. Very noisy if you open the window. Shower went from hot to cold... Would not recommend this hotel. But location is very good.

Terrible stay in property I wouldn’t recommend any one no air conditioners working stayed for a night couldn’t sleep no wiifii paid 245 franks a night total waste and torcher , when I complained about air conditioner lady at receptionist said open ur windows
