the property had a great view but rooms are dated. shower only had a curtain. shower head extremely old. bed was confrontable. while checking in agent was not as pleasant as i would have expected. next to the bridge was very noisy but the view was awesome! had a bridgeview room.

Perfect for our stay of 4 days. The only thing I could ask for would be a microwave. Fridge was nice but would like a way to reheat leftovers. No bike rack for our two bikes but it wasn’t a problem as theft seems to be a non issue in the area.

The staff was nice and helpful. It was a basic stay. The indoor pool was chilly amd the hot tub was not "hot tub" warm. You signed in via writing in a card. It was clean.

It was very nice, clean and we had a great view. First hotel in forever that the staff didn’t come in and dump trash and give us fresh towels every day. Also had a bunch of tiny black ants crawling in the bathroom floor.

We spent the night in order to get an early start the next morning to cross the bridge and go to Drummond Island in the Upper Peninsula. The Hotel location was perfect in relation to the Bridge. Also, was an easy walk across the street to the beach. Parking was very good as well.

Room was very small but clean. Lighting in bathroom needs improved, too dark. 2 of us in the room and only 1 washcloth and bath towel. Went to front desk and asked for another and the man seemed to be very suspicious, like I was trying to get extra ones. Overall it was ok. We weren’t impressed with Mackinaw City.
